Evaluasi Penataan Infrastruktur Kawasan Malioboro Berdasarkan Greenship Neighborhood Rating Tools

(Dibimbing oleh Rizky Citra Islami, ST., MT., M.Sc) Bangunan infrastruktur dalam suatu kawasan tidak hanya dilihat dari segi pembangunannya tapi juga harus dilihat dari segi lingkungan, tingginya pemanasan global di bumi perlu dilakukan perbaikan dari segi lingkungan pada bangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Selain bangunan baru bangunan yang sudah berdiri perlu dilakukan evaluasi penerapannya agar dapat mengurangi pemanasan global. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk memberikan evaluasi nilai greenship pada penataan infrastruktur dan fasilitas di kawasan Malioboro Yogyakarta. Penilaian yang diberikan menggunakan metode rating tools dari Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) yaitu Greenship Neighborhood ver.01 dan US Green Building Council yaitu LEED for Neighborhood Development Built Project. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa kawasan Malioboro berdasarkan rating tools yang dimiliki oleh Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) mendapat poin sebesar 67,67 dan mendapatkan peringkat Gold. Berdasarkan rating tools milik US Green Building Council kawasan Malioboro mendapatkan poin sebesar 61,83 dan mendapatkan peringkat Gold. Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan peneliti mampu memberikan data limbah dan diagram air bersih yang lebih lengkap.

(Supervised by Rizky Citra Islami, ST., MT., M.Sc) Infrastructure buildings in an area are not only seen from a development perspective but also an environmental perspective, the high global warming on earth needs to be improved in terms of the environment in infrastructure buildings in Indonesia. In addition to new buildings that are already standing, evaluation of their application needs to be done to reduce global warming. The purpose of this research is to provide an evaluation of the value of greenship in the arrangement of infrastructure and facilities in the Malioboro Yogyakarta area. The assessment is given using the rating tools method from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), namely Greenship Neighborhood ver.01, and the US Green Building Council, namely LEED for Neighborhood Development Built Project. From the research conducted, it was found that the Malioboro area based on the rating tools owned by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) got 67.67 points and got a Gold rating. Based on the rating tools owned by the US Green Building Council, the Malioboro area got 61.83 points and got a Gold rating. In future research, it is hoped that the researcher will be able to provide more complete waste data and clean water diagrams.
