Identifikasi Kualitas Informasi Obat (Consumer Medication Information) Obat Parasetamol di Apotek Online Indonesia

Praktik jual beli online menjadi trend masa kini, khususnya apotek online. Tingginya trend jual beli obat online dibarengi dengan tingginya swamedikasi masyarakat atas parasetamol. Pada kelompok risiko tertentu parasetamol kurang aman digunakan sehingga informasi obat yang tersedia di apotek online menjadi komponen penting dalam penentuan penggunaan parasetamol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kualitas informasi obat parasetamol ditinjau dari kualitas konten informasi obat, tingkat keterbacaan, dan functionality apotek online di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental, deskriptif evaluatif yang melibatkan beberapa apotek online yaitu 6 apotek seperti apotek FK, apotek DS, apotek AD, apotek PT, apotek TQ, dan apotek PK. Subjek penelitian (n=156) diidentifikasi kualitas konten informasi obat dengan mengadopsi dan memodifikasi kriteria dari FDA, tingkat keterbacaan informasi obat dengan menggunakan The Gunning Fog Test, dan fungsi situs web dengan menilai ketersediaan dari 4 fitur. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS v16. Hasil diperoleh rata-rata persentase kualitas konten informasi obat pada enam apotek online adalah 30,47%. Tingkat keterbacaan rata-rata dari keenam apotek online adalah 13,54 dengan jenjang pendidikan yang dibutuhkan untuk memahami informasi obat adalah college freshman hingga college sophomore. Fungsi situs web masih kurang baik, hanya satu fitur "Ask to Pharmacist" yang ada pada 4 dari 6 apotek online.

The practice of buying and selling online becomes a trend nowdays, especially online pharmacies. The high trend of buying and selling online medicines is accompanied by high community self-medication for paracetamol. In certain risk groups paracetamol is less safe to use so the information that available in online pharmacies is an important component in determining paracetamol use. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of paracetamol drug information in terms of the quality of drug information content, readability, and functionality of online pharmacies in Indonesia. This research is a non-experimental, descriptive evaluative study involving several online pharmacies, there are 6 online pharmacies such as FK pharmacy, DS pharmacy, AD pharmacy, PT pharmacy, TQ pharmacy, and PK pharmacy. The study subjects (n=156) identified the quality of paracetamol information content by adopting and modifying criteria from the FDA, the readability of paracetamol information using The Gunning Fog Test, and the functionality of the website by assessing the availability of 4 features. The analysis was carried out descriptively using SPSS v16. The results obtained that the average percentage of the quality of paracetamol information content at six online pharmacies was 30.47%. The average readability rate of the six online pharmacies is 13.54 with the levels of education required to understand medicine information ranging from college freshman to college sophomore. Website function is still poor, only one "Ask to Pharmacist" feature is available in 4 out of 6 online pharmacies.
