Peran Kelekatan pada Hewan Peliharaan terhadap Kesejahteraan Subjektif Perempuan Dewasa Awal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kelekatan pada hewan peliharaan terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif perempuan dewasa awal. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesejahteraan subjektif adalah skala Positive Affect Negative Affect Scales (PANAS) milik Watson dan Clark (1994) dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) milik Diener, Emmons, Larsen, dan Griffin (1985) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh Utami (2008), sedangkan variabel kelekatan pada hewan peliharaan diukur menggunakan skala Lexington Attachment to Pets Scale (LAPS) milik Johnson, Garrity, dan Stallones (1992) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Rahmadiyanti (2016). Subjek penelitian ini adalah perempuan berusia 18 "dash" 35 tahun sebanyak 154 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan pada hewan peliharaan menyumbang peranan sebesar 10,3% terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perempuan dewasa awal.

This study aimed to determine the contribution of attachment to pets on the subjective well-being of early adult women. The instruments used to measure subjective well-being are Watson and Clark"apostrophe"s Positive Affect Negative Affect Scales (PANAS) (1994) and Diener, Emmons, Larsen, and Griffin"apostrophe"s Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) (1985), adapted and modified by Utami (2008), furthermore the attachment to the pets was measured using Johnson, Garrity, and Stallones"apostrophe" Lexington Attachment to Pets Scale (LAPS) (1992) adapted by Rahmadiyanti (2016). The subjects that involved in this study were 154 early adult women (18 "dash" 35 years old). The results of this study indicate that attachment to the pets contributes 10,3% to subjective well-being in early adult women.
