KAJIAN PRODUKSI DAN PRODUKTIVITAS TEBU SENDIRI (TS) DAN TEBU RAKYAT (TR) DI PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA XI

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (i) tren dan prakiraan luas tanam, produksi, produktivitas, produksi kristal, dan rendemen TS PTPN XI; (ii) tren dan prakiraan luas tanam, produksi, produktivitas, produksi kristal, dan rendemen TR PTPN XI; dan (iii) perbedaan produktivitas dan rendemen TS dan TR PTPN XI. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder periode 2004-2018 yang meliputi: luas areal, produksi, produktivitas, produksi hablur, dan rendemen 16 pabrik gula yang dikelola PTPN XI. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tren dan analisis uji berpasangan dua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2004-2018 hanya rendemen TS yang mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan luas tanam, produksi, produktivitas, dan hablur TS mengalami penurunan. Selanjutnya pada periode yang sama luas tanam, produksi, produksi hablur, dan rendemen TR mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan produktivitas TR menurun. Hasil penelitian selama periode yang sama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari segi produktivitas dan rendemen TS dan TR.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (i) the trend and forecast of planted area, production, productivity, crystal production, and yield of PTPN XI's TS; (ii) the trend and forecast of planted area, production, productivity, crystal production, and yield of PTPN XI's TR; and (iii) differences in productivity and yield of PTPN XI's TS and TR. The type of data used in this study was secondary data from 2004-2018 which included: area, production, productivity, crystal production, and yield of 16 sugar factories managed by PTPN XI. The analytical method used was trend analysis and pairwise two test analysis. The results showed that during the period 2004-2018, only yield of TS experienced an increase, while the planting area, production, productivity, and crystal production of TS decreased. Furthermore, during the same period, the planting area, production, crystal production, and yield of TR experienced an increase, while productivity of TR decreased. The results of the study during the same period showed that there were significant differences in terms of productivity and yield of TS and TR.
