Peran Organizational Trust terhadap Groupthnk pada Karyawan Perusahaan Startup

Meskipun groupthink dianggap menjadi sebuah kesalahan, masih sedikit penelitian mengenai groupthink yang dilakukan di Indonesia, khususnya pada perusahaan startup. Padahal, perusahaan startup di Indonesia sedang meningkat pesat dan pengambilan keputusan berperan besar dalam kesuksesan perusahaan startup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peran organizational trust terhadap groupthink pada karyawan perusahaan startup. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu organizational trust berperan negatif terhadap groupthink. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa survei pada 120 karyawan perusahaan startup. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa organizational trust berperan negatif terhadap groupthink.
Groupthink is considered one of mistakes in decision making. Although groupthink is considered to be a mistake, the research about groupthink is still rare, especially in startup company. Nowadays, startup companies are growing rapidly and decision making plays a big role for successful startup company. This research aims to examined the role of organizational trust towards groupthink phenomenon in startup company employee. The hypothesis of this research is organizational trust had a role towards groupthink phenomenon in startup company employees. Data collected in 120 startup company employees and was analysed using simple linear regression method. The results of this research showed that organizational trust played significant role towards groupthink in startup company employees.
