ANALISIS KAPASITAS DAN KARAKTERISTIK PARKIR BUS DI TERMINAL IR. SOEKARNO KLATEN

2021 | Tugas Akhir | D3 TEKNIK SIPILTerminal Ir. Soekarno merupakan prasarana transportasi angkutan umum yang terletak di Jalan Ir. Soekarno, Buntalan, Kecamatan Klaten Tengah, Kabupaten Klaten. Terminal Ir. Soekarno beroperasi sejak tahun 2017 di bawah Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia. Terminal Ir. Soekarno merupakan terminal Tipe A yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana transportasi darat yang menjangkau masyarakat sesuai peningkatan jumlah penduduk juga sebagai peningkatan keamanan pelayanan transportasi darat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis indeks parkir, volume parkir, turn over parkir, durasi parkir, akumulasi parkir, dan kapasitas parkir. Data untuk analisis meliputi fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung parkir bus, wawancara dengan petugas Terminal Ir. Soekarno Klaten, volume dan durasi parkir selama 4 (empat) hari 10-15 Maret 2020 selama 3 (tiga) jam waktu operasional yaitu pukul 13.00-16.00 WIB. Analisis ini menggunakan metode yang digunakan dengan cara kuantitatif dan deskriptif analisis, yaitu analisis karakteristik parkir dan kapasitas parkir. Tahapan penelitian meliputi tahap persiapan, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, analisis data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian Terminal Ir. Soekarno Klaten dapat menampung kendaraan bus sebanyak 9 SRP untuk parkir bus Utara dan 8 SRP parkir Selatan. Hasil analisis karakteristiknya menggunakan pola parkir 45������º, volume tertinggi 16 kendaraan/jam untuk parkir Utara dan 10 kendaraan/jam untuk parkir Selatan, nilai Indeks Parkir (IP) rata-rata 102,78% untuk parkir Utara dan 87,50% parkir Selatan. Parking Turn Over yaitu 1,78 kendaraan/SRP/jam untuk parkir Utara dan 1,21 kendaraan/SRP/jam parkir Selatan. Kapasitas tertinggi 36 kendaraan/jam untuk parkir Utara dan Selatan. Ir. Soekarno Bus Station is a public transportation infrastructure located on Ir. Soekarno Street, Buntalan, Central Klaten District, Klaten Regency. Ir. Soekarno Bus Station has been operating since 2017 under the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Ir. Soekarno Bus station is categorized as Type A stadion which was built to meet the needs of infrastructure and land transportation facilities and also to increase population also as an increase in the security of land transportation services. The objective of this study is to analyze the parking index, parking volume, parking turnover, parking duration, parking accumulation, and parking capacity. The data analyzed include supporting facilities for bus parking, and interviews with the officers of Terminal Ir. Soekarno Klaten, parking volume and duration for 4 (four) days, 10 -15 March 2020, for 3 (three) hours of operational time, 13.00-16.00 Western Indonesia Time. This study uses a descriptive analysis method that analyzes parking characteristics and parking capacity. The research stages include, namely the preparation phase, collecting data, processing data, analyzing data, and result. The result of the research that has been done is that the SE bus parking can accommodate 9 SRP of bus vehicles and 8 SRP for the South parking. The results of the characteristic analysis used a parking pattern of 45������º, the highest volume was 16 vehicles / hour for North parking and 10 vehicles / hour for South parking, the average parking index value (IP) was 102,78% for North parking and 87,50% for Southern parking. Parking Turn Over, namely 1,78 vehicles/SRP/day for North parking and 1,21 vehicles/SRP/day for South parking. The highest capacity is 36 vehicles / hour for North and South parking.
