Pengaruh Skizofrenia Terhadap Profil Darah Pasien: Systematic Review

Skizofrenia adalah sindrom mental yang dicirikan dengan gangguan pola pikir, waham, bahasa, aktivitas sosial, afeksi, motorik, dan pengambilan keputusan. Skizofrenia dapat menimbulkan luaran seperti short dan long term illness course, penurunan rawat diri yang diikuti dengan malnutrisi, kerentanan terhadap infeksi, gaya hidup yang tidak sehat, disregulasi sistem imun, perubahan komponen hematologi, sistem hormon, dan profil metabolik darah. Skizofrenia diterapi dengan tatalaksana nonfarmakologis dan farmakologis dengan antipsikotik. Antipsikotik juga dapat menimbulkan efek samping berupa perubahan profil darah yang mencakup komponen metabolik, sistem imun, hormon, dan hematologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah pengaruh aspek-aspek skizofrenia terhadap profil darah. Desain penelitian ini adalah telaah sistematis (systematic review). Berdasarkan hasil studi-studi yang ditelaah, aspek-aspek skizofrenia terutama pengobatan dengan antipsikotik dan perjalanan skizofrenia sendiri dapat mempengaruhi profil darah, terutama profil metabolik.

Schizophrenia is a mental syndrome characterized by thought pattern disorder, hallucinations, delusions, and dysfunctions of social activity, affection, motor, and decision making. Schizophrenia can result in short and long term illness course outcomes, self-care reduction followed by malnutrition, risk of infection, unhealthy lifestyle, immune system dysregulation, changes in hematology, hormonal, and metabolic systems. Schizophrenia is treated with non-pharmacological therapy and pharmacological treatment with antipsychotic drugs. Antipsychotics can induce several side effects to blood profiles as well including metabolic, immune system, hormonal, and hematological changes. The aim of this study is to review schizophrenia aspects influences to blood profiles. This study design is systematic review. Based on the studies reviewed, it is proven that some schizophrenia aspects, mainly the intervention with antipsychotics and the disease course itself, induce changes in blood profiles, especially metabolic components.
