Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen W(e)Learn pada Program CFHC-IPE FK-KMK Universitas Gadjah Mada

Latar Belakang: Pembelajaran interprofesional terutama di bidang kesehatan sangat diperlukan. Di FK-KMK UGM, program pembelajaran interprofesional disebut dengan CFHC-IPE (Community Family Health Care Interprofessional Education). Beberapa instrumen sudah dikembangkan untuk menilai berbagai aspek dalam pembelajaran interprofesional. Namun, baru satu instrumen yang ditemukan untuk menilai proses IPE. Instrumen tersebut adalah instrumen W(e)Learn yang belum terdapat dalam versi Bahasa Indonesia dan belum teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas dari instrumen W(e)Learn sebagai instrumen yang menilai proses pembelajaran interprofesional CFHC-IPE di FK-KMK UGM. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 6 orang tim CFHC-IPE FK-KMK UGM dan mahasiswa S1 FK-KMK UGM sejumlah 60 orang. Tim tersebut masing-masing merupakan tiga orang dosen yang menguji validitas tampang dan validitas logis. Pertimbangan ekspertis dan pengalaman dalam program CFHC-IPE menjadi patokan dalam pemilihan expert. Proses yang dilakukan adalah adaptasi lintas budaya, uji validitas tampang, logis, dan reliabilitas. Hasil:Instrumen W(e)Learn versi asli yang telah melewati proses adaptasi budaya menghasilkan instrumen W(e)Learn versi Bahasa Indonesia. Skor relevansi dan representasi sebesar 3,36 (cukup valid); ketepatan bahasa sebesar 4,2 (valid); dan kesesuaian dengan definisi konsep dan operasional sebesar 4,0 (cukup valid). Penilaian CVI = 0,7284, menunjukkan bahwa instrumen ini valid. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas alpha Cronbach (r) = 0,963. Mmenunjukkan bahwa instrumen W(e)Learn versi Bahasa Indonesia reliabel. Kesimpulan: instrumen W(e)Learn versi Bahasa Indonesia dapat dinyatakan valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur proses pembelajaran interprofesional, khususnya pada program CFHC-IPE FK-KMK UGM.

Background: Interprofessional learning, especially in the health sector, is needed. At FK-KMK UGM, the interprofessional learning program is called CFHC-IPE (Community Family Health Care Interprofessional Education). Several instruments have been developed to assess various aspects of interprofessional learning. However, only one instrument was found to assess the IPE process. The instrument is the W (e) Learn instrument which is not yet available in the Indonesian version and its validity and reliability have not been tested. Research Objectives: To determine the validity and reliability of the W (e) Learn instrument as an instrument that assesses the interprofessional learning process of CFHC-IPE at FK-KMK UGM. Methods: This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The subjects of this study were 6 FK-KMK UGM CFHC-IPE teams and 60 FK-KMK UGM undergraduate students. Each team consisted of three lecturers who tested the validity of the looks and the logical validity. Experimental considerations and experience in the CFHC-IPE program become the benchmark in selecting experts. The process carried out is cross-cultural adaptation, facial validity test, logic, and reliability. Result: The original version of the W (e) Learn instrument which has gone through a cultural adaptation process produces an Indonesian version of the W (e) Learn instrument. Relevance and representation score of 3.36 (quite valid); language accuracy of 4.2 (valid); and conformity with concept and operational definitions of 4.0 (quite valid). CVI assessment = 0.7284, indicating that this instrument is valid. While the Cronbach alpha reliability test (r) = 0.963. M shows that the Indonesian version of the W (e) Learn instrument is reliable. Conclusion: the Indonesian version of the W (e) Learn instrument can be declared valid and reliable to measure the interprofessional learning process, especially in the FK-KMK UGM CFHC-IPE program.
