Peran Motivation Factors dan Corporate Culture Terhadap Work Engagement Karyawan Generasi Y di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari dorongan motivasi intrinsik serta budaya perusahaan terhadap work engagement pada karyawan generasi Y di Head Office PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey berupa kuisoner data, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda menggunkan software IBM SPSS version 25. Sejumlah 150 (N=150) karyawan Head Office PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan budaya perusahaan berperan positif terhadap work engagement dengan memberikan sumbangan positif sebesar 45% (R2 = 0,45; F = 60,154; p<0,05). Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berperan lebih dominan terhadap work engagement dibanding dengan budaya perusahaan dengan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 34,5%, dan untuk budaya perusahaan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,5%. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dorongan motivasi intrinsik dan budaya perusahaan berperan positif terhadap work engagement pada karyawan generasi Y di Head Office PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk.

This research aims to determine the role of intrinsic motivation and corporate culture toward work engagement of generation Y employees at the head office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The research used a survey method in the form of a data questionnaire, and data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression technique using IBM SPSS version 25 software. A total of 150 (N = 150) employees of the head office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk were involved in this study. The results of the analysis show that intrinsic motivation and corporate culture play a positive role in work engagement by providing a positive contribution of 45% (R2 = 0.45; F = 60.154; p <0.05). In this study it was also found that intrinsic motivation played a more dominant role in work engagement than corporate culture by providing an effective contribution of 34.5%, and for corporate culture an effective contribution of 10.5%. From the research results, it can be concluded that intrinsic motivation and corporate culture have a positive role in the work engagement of generation Y employees at the Head Office of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk.
