Abad 21 informi menjadi kebutuhan, komoditas dan kekuatan dalam masyarakat global. salah satunya adalah informasi hukum Untuk dapat mengakses informasi hukum secara mudah. cepat. d'an akurat telah dibentuli Sistem Jaringan Dokumentasi dan I n f o m i (SJDI) Hukum Tujuan peneliti'an ini untuk mencari gambaran efektivitas SJDI Hukum di Daerah 1stimeu.a Yogyakarta, dan membdctkan addtidaknya pengaruh q'ang signifikan antar variabel serta ingin mengetahui pengaruh korelasi antar variabel. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel secara non random dalam kateyon sampling bertujuan (non random purposive samplingl dengan lokasi di Pemerintah Propimi, Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Pemerintah Kota di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakkarta. Metode yang dipakai untuk mengumpulan data adalah angket dan wawncara. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa skala Likerr dan dokumentasi. Instrumen diukur dengan uji validitas (rumus korelasi Procfuct Moment), dan uji reliabilitas (rumus C'ronhach Alpha). Hipotesis yang dipakai adalah Ha dan Ho (hipotesis altematif). Untuk menentukan uji instmen d'm hipotesis dimyakan tingkat kepercayaan 0,95 dengan tingkat kesalahan 0.05. Dari uji vahditas dan reliabilitas temyata data yang diperoleh adalah i d i d ( t &1,iung untuk XI, X2, X3, X4 dan X5 lebih besar dari t Instrumen yang dipakan juga reliabel (harga oc sebesar 0,9096 dan harga koefisiennya sebesar 0.8445 berarti harga ini lebih besar dari 0,8). Analisis data dengan korelasi Product Moment dan Regresi LLzier BergFda, untuk mengetahui variabel bebas (X) yang dominan pengaruhnya secara signifikan terhadap variabel tedat (Y) yaitu efekivitas. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data dengan rumus korelasi Product Moment menunjdkan variabel kempuan SDM (X 1 ) pengaruhnya tidak sim4kan terhadap efehivitas. karena F hitung < F tabel (1.063 < 1.684). Sedang variabel teknologi (X2). klim organisasi (X3). komitmen anggotdkelompok (X4) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X.5) mempunyai pengaruh yang simhfikan terhadap efektivitas walau interpretasinya dalam kisaran rendah sampai cukup. Kemudian analisis data berdasarkan rumus Regresi Lhier Berganda variabel kempuan SDM, tehologi. iklim organisasi. komitmen anggotdkelompok dan gaya kepemimpinan secxa bersama-sama mempun?.ai pengaruh yang sigdikan. Namun bila variabelnya dihitung secara sendiri-sendiri maka hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan yang mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap efektivitas. Kesimpulannya, gaya liepenlimpinan temq'ata pahg dominan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan SJDI Hukum di DIY.

The purposes of this research are to know the affectivity of DINS) in the DIY government, to proving there are influence between the variables and to know the correlation between variables. This research take samples b?.. non random method in the purposed samples category and take the location in Province Government. District Government and City Government in Daerah Istimekva Yogyakarta The method used in this research was polling and interview. Collecting data instrument used were Likert Scale and Documentation. The instrument was measured by validity test (product moment correlation) and the reliabilit\. test. Hypothesis was used are Ha or Ho (alternative hypothesis). For determined the degree to make mistake is used signiiicant degree 0.95 and false degree 0.05. From the validih. and reliabilit). test found that data was valid (tarittmlctic for X1. X2, XS. XJ ,and X5 greater than table). The instrument used was also reliable (the value of a \\'as 0.9096 and it's coefficient was 0,8445, greater than 0.8). For data analysis, in this research was used product moment correlation and multiple linier regressions to know the variables that have high influence si,unificantly on the dependent variable effectiveness (Y). The results shokved that variable of man power capability (Xl) has not influence on y Y sigruficanly because has F,l < than Fhble (1,063 < 1.684). mle the other variable technolo3 (X), organization climate (X3), commitments of group member (XJ) and leadership style (X5) have influence on effectiveness si,snificantly although in the rcvge of low to middle value. Analysis by using multiple h e r regression of variable manpon.er capability (Xl) technology (X2), organization climate (X3). commitments of group member (X4) and leadership style (XS) together have influence on dependent variable effectiveness si,onificantly. But if the influence of each variable calculated individually, leadership style have higher influence. This condition showed that leadership sele has dominant mfluence on effectik-eness of implementation of Law DINS on Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
