Faktor Pendorong Petani dalam Adopsi Program Corporate Farming di Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Bantul

2021 | Skripsi | S1 EKONOMI PERTANIAN DAN AGRIBISNISPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengukur tingkat adopsi program Corporate Farming di Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Bantul, dan (2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong petani dalam mengadopsi program Corporate Farming di Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Bantul. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu di Kelompok Tani Barokah, Desa Trimulyo, Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 30 petani yang mengadopsi Corporate Farming dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji proporsi untuk mengetahui tingkat adopsi Corporate Farming dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong petani mengadopsi Corporate Farming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi Corporate Farming yang dilakukan oleh petani Kelompok Tani Barokah tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 84,04 %. Faktor yang mendorong petani mengadopsi Corporate Farming berasal dari faktor karakter petani dan faktor kelembagaan. Faktor tersebut berasal dari faktor karakter petani yaitu sikap petani sedangkan faktor kelembagaan meliputi intensitas penyuluhan dan peran kelompok tani. Faktor-faktor seperti sikap petani, intensitas penyuluhan dan peran kelompok tani secara statistik signifikan dan bernilai positif. Semakin tinggi penyuluhan, peran kelompok tani, dan semakin baik sikap petani akan meningkatkan petani dalam mengadopsi Corporate Farming.
The research intended to: (1) measure the level of adoption of the Corporate Farming program in Jetis Subdistrict, Bantul Regency, and (2) identify factors that encourage farmers to adoption the Corporate Farming program in Jetis Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. The location in Barokah Farmer Group in Trimulyo Village, Jetis Subdistrict, Bantul Regency are determined using purposive sampling method. The sample of research was taken 30 farmers adopted Corporate Farming are determined using simple random sampling. The analysis models used in this research are proportion test to determine the level adoption of Corporate Farming and multiple linier regression analysis to determine the factors that encourage farmers to adoption of Corporate Farming. The result showed that the level adoption of Corporate Farming in Barokah Farmer Group was categorized as high with a percentage of 84,04%. The factors that encourage farmers to adoption the Corporate Farming from character of the farmers and institutional factors. These factors derived from the character factor is the attitude of farmers while institutional factors include the intensity of counseling and the role of farmer groups. Factors such as attitude of farmers ,intensity of counseling and the role of farmer groups statistically have a significant and positive. The higher of intensity counseling, role of farmer groups, and attitude of the farmers will increase farmers in adopting Corporate Farming.
