Tinjauan Penyediaan Berkas Rekam Medis di RS Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta

Latar Belakang: Penyediaan berkas rekam medis harus dapat mendukung pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Penyediaan berkas rekam medis dinilai baik apabila kegiatan distribusi berkas menuju ke poli pelayanan bisa cepat dan tepat. Penyediaan BRM yang lambat akan menghambat kegiatan dokter dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Semakin cepat berkas rekam medis tersedia di poliklinik, maka semakin cepat dokter dalam memberikan pelayanan. RSO Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta menetapkan standar waktu penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan adalah kurang dari 10 menit, akan tetapi masih mengalami keterlambatan. Tujuan: Mengetahui proses penyediaan berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Dr. R. Soeharso. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Besar sampel yang digunakan yaitu 100 berkas rekam medis rawat jalan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil: Proses penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di RSO Dr. Soeharso dimulai dari petugas melayani pasien mendaftar, petugas mencari berkas, petugas mendistribusikan berkas rekam medis ke poliklinik. Rata-rata waktu penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan tercepat adalah 5,46 menit (poliklinik orthopedi), sedangkan waktu penyediaan berkas terlama adalah 15,04 menit (poliklinik executive). Persentase penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan sesuai dengan standar waktu sebesar 67%, sedangkan persentase yang tidak sesuai dengan standar waktu sebesar 33. Kesimpulan: Waktu penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan masih belum memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal terutama penyediaan berkas di poliklinik rehabilitasi medik dan poliklinik executive. Sebaiknya dilakukan evaluasi dan inovasi terkait dengan waktu penyediaan berkas rekam medis terutama pada poliklinik rehabilitasi medik dan poliklinik executive agar memenuhi standar waktu. Background: The provision of medical records must be able to support quality health services. The provision of medical records files is considered good if the activities of distributing files to poly services can be fast and precise. The slow provision of BRM will hinder the activities of doctors in providing health services to patients. The sooner the medical record file is available in polyclinics, the faster the doctor will provide the service. RSO Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta set the standard time for providing outpatient medical records is less than 10 minutes, but still experiencing delays. Purpose: Knowing the proccess of outpatient medical record files at Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta Orthopaedic Hospital. Methods: This type of research was quantitative descriptive research. Data collected through observation and documentation. The size of the sample used was 100 outpatient medical records. The collected data analyzed using univariate analysis. Results: The fastest average outpatient medical record file provision time was 5.46 minutes (polyclinic orthopedic), while the longest file provision time was 15.04 minutes (polyclinic executive). The percentage of outpatient medical records following the time standard is 67%, while the percentage that does not meet the time standard is 33%. This was due to the attitude of officers who delay the delivery of files and the absence of special elevator officers. Conclusion: The time of provision of outpatient medical records still does not meet minimum service standards, especially the provision of files in medical rehabilitation polyclinics and executive polyclinics. It is recommended that evaluations and innovations related to the time of provision of medical records files, especially in medical rehabilitation polyclinics and executive polyclinics to meet time standards.
