Perancangan Museum Situs: Model Pengembangan Situs Song Braholo Gunungkidul Yogyakarta

Skripsi ini membahas model pengembangan Situs Song Braholo sebagai museum Situs, yang terletak di Dusun Semugih, Desa Semugih, Kecamatan Rongkop, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Dalam skripsi ini dijelaskan kondisi situs dan rancangan pengembangan museum Song Braholo sebagai museum situs akan mengacu pada UU no 10 tahun 2011, PP no 66 tahun 2015, dan kode etik serta rekomendasi ICOM. Situs Song Braholo memiliki tinggalan budaya prasejarah yang cukup besar dan dapat dikembangkan sebagai museum situs. skripsi ini merumuskan rancangan museum situs yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan Pendidikan, Pelestarian, dan Penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan penalaran induktif dan deskripsi analitis. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis digunakan sebagai bahan untuk rencana pengembangan Song Braholo sebagai Museum Situs dengan tujuan pendidikan, pelestarian, dan penelitian masa prasejarah pegunungan sewu terutama Situs Braholo. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diketahui Situs Song Braholo memiliki potensi budaya yang banyak dan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Pembuatan museum situs sebagai salah satu model pengembangan situs dirasa tepat. Karena itu museum akan dirancang melalui tiga bagian: pertama, perumusan museum mengikuti pedoman hukum yang telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan Direktorat permuseuman, meliputi Pemilihan jenis museum, Dasar hokum, Visi dan Misi, Koleksi Museum, Sasaran pengunjung, Sumber daya manusia, dan sumber Pendanaan. Kedua, pembuatan konsep museum situs meliputi tema museum, storyline (alur cerita), konsep lokasi dan bangunan museum, partisipasi dalam museum, dan Website. Ketiga, pembuatan desain museum situs meliputi Desain penyajian koleksi di setiap ruangan, dan Desain alur pengunjung.

This undergraduate thesis discusses how to develop the Song Braholo site, located at the village of Semugih, Rongkop district, Gunungkidul regency, as a site museum. Song Braholo current conditions and the development plans are also explained in this thesis. The museum site design for Song Braholo is made in accordance with UU No. 11 of 2010, PP No. 66 of 2015, and ICOM code of ethics and recommendation. Song Braholo is a site with a significant amount of cultural heritage from prehistoric era and is open for further development as a site museum. The plans and design for the site museum is defined in this thesis with Education, Preservation, and Research in mind. This study starts from data acquisition by doing field observation, interviews, and literature study. The analyzed data will then be used to plan the development of Song Braholo as a site museum. The development plan is made with education, preservation, and prehistoric research as the end goals. Based on this study, it is known that Song Braholo has a significant amount of cultural values and could be developed further. The designing of Song Braholo as a site museum is deemed appropriate to develop song braholo, as it is made by way of 3 parts. First, the formulation of the museum follows the legal guidelines stipulated by the 1945 Constitution and the Museum Directorate, including the selection of museum types, legal basis, vision and mission, museum collections, target visitors, human resources, and funding sources. Second, in making the site museum concept includes the theme of the museum, storyline, the concept of the location and building of the museum, participation in the museum, and the website. Third, making the site museum design includes the design of the presentation of the collection in each room, and the design of the visitor flow.
