Penyadapan getah pinus merupakan kegiatan di bidang kehutanan melalui pemungutan getah yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil hutan bukan kayu (HHBK) dari tegakan pinus berupa getah. Pinus merupakan jenis pohon yang baik untuk dikelola dan dibudidayakan karena tidak hanya dapat memberikan hasil berupa kayu, tetapi juga memberikan produk hasil hutan bukan kayu berupa getah pinus yang dapat diolah lebih lanjut menjadi gondorukem dan terpentin yang merupakan salah satu komoditas andalan Perum Perhutani karena memiliki banyak manfaat dalam bidang industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui elemen kerja, prestasi kerja dan produktivitas penyadapan getah pinus berdasarkan sebaran kelas umur III (muda), VI (Sedang), dan X (Tua) di RPH Sambiroto, BKPH Kediri, KPH Kediri karena hal tersebut belum diketahui secara pasti oleh pihak perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan dan analisis data menggunakan metode pengukuran waktu kerja (time study) dan Gross productivity analysis pada petak 164a, 161e, 167e, 160a, dan 161a di RPH Sambiroto dengan menghitung waktu kerja rata-rata, waktu normal, waktu standar, dan prestasi kerja serta menggunakan data sekunder berupa hasil sadapan tiap bulan. Selain itu dilakukan perhitungan produktivitas getah pinus tiap pohon pada kelas umur III, VI, X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh prestasi kerja pembaruan koare pada kelas umur III sebesar 422 pohon/HOK, kelas umur VI sebesar 191 pohon/HOK dan kelas umur X sebesar 148 pohon/HOK. Sedangkan prestasi kerja pemungutan getah pinus pada kelas umur III sebesar 39,3 kg/periode, kelas umur VI sebesar 40,9 kg/periode, dan kelas umur X 48 kg/periode. Produktivitas getah pinus yang dihasilkan pada kelas umur III sebesar 3827 gram/ha/hari, kelas umur VI sebesar 7144,5 gram/ha/hari, dan kelas umur X sebesar 11193 gram/ha/hari.

Tapping of pine resin is an activity in the forestry sector through the collection of resin with the aim of obtaining non-timber forest products (NTFPs) from pine stands in the form of resin. Pine is a type of tree that is good to be managed and cultivated because it not only produce timber, but also produce non-timber forest products in the form of pine resin which can be further processed into gondorukem and turpentine, which one of the mainstay commodities of Perum Perhutani because it has many benefits in the industrial field. This study aims to determine the work performance and productivity of pine resin tapping based on the distribution of age classes III (young), VI (medium), and X (old) in Sambiroto RPH, BKPH Kediri, KPH Kediri because it has not known yet for certain by the company . The data collection and analysis method uses the method of measuring work time (time study) and Gross productivity analysis on plots 164a, 161e, 167e, 160a, and 161a in RPH Sambiroto by calculating average working time, normal time, standard time, and work performance and using secondary data in the form of monthly tapping results. In addition, the calculation of the productivity of pine resin for each tree in age classes III, VI, X. Based on the results of the research, the work performance of quare renewal at age class III was 422 trees / HOK, age class VI was 191 trees / HOK and age class X was 148 trees / HOK. Meanwhile, the work performance of collecting pine resin in age class III is 39.3 kg / period, age class VI is 40.9 kg / period, and age class X is 48 kg / period. The productivity of pine resin productivity in age class III is 3827 grams / tree / ha, age class VI is 7144,5 grams / ha / day, and age class X is 11193 grams / ha /day
