Telp + 62-274-561616, + 62- 81804370235, Fax + 62-274-583745, email: [e-mail] ABSTRAK INTISARI: Latar Belakang: Kasus ini merupakan JIA polyarticular dengan RF negatif yang memiliki prognosis yang baik dibandingkan dengan JIA jenis lain, namun diperlukan monitoring dan manajemen yang baik untuk menghindari ciri penyakit yang persisten dan menunjukkan keterbatasan fungsi fisik sehingga dapat mencapai kondisi akhir yang baik dan mencapai pengampunan. Ringkasan kasus: Pasien ini merasakan nyeri pada siku kiri dan jari pada kedua tangan bengkak, kaku, disertai nyeri pada kedua lutut. Dia didiagnosis dengan JIA oleh ortopedi dan menerima terapi NSAID oral selama 2 bulan, tetapi tidak membaik dan dirujuk ke dokter anak alergi imunologi. Pasien didiagnosis sebagai JIA poliartikular dengan RF negatif. Setelah 7 kali injeksi intraartikular, metotreksat oral, metotreksat subkutan, OAINS, fisioterapi selama 2 tahun, sembuh. Kondisi remisi yang dapat dipertahankan hingga 12 bulan setelah terapi selesai Kesimpulan: Kondisi remisi yang dapat dipertahankan hingga 12 bulan setelah terapi selesai menurut pengamat karena faktor kepatuhan kepatuhan yang baik, faktor prognostik yang baik pada pasien ini, anak dengan RF poliartikular negatif JIA, selama observasi tidak ditemukan infeksi saluran cerna, baik status gizi, anak mengikuti fisioterapi rutin sampai dinyatakan selesai oleh fisioterapis, anak mendapat suplementasi vitamin D rutin yang dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas penyakit anak.

Phone [phone], Fax [phone], email: [e-mail] Abstract Background: This case is a polyarticular JIA with negative RF which has a good prognosis compared to other types of JIA, but good monitoring and management is needed to avoid persistent disease features and show limited physical function so as to achieve a good final condition and achieve remission. Case summary: This patient felt pain in the left elbow and the fingers on both hands were swollen, stiff, accompanied by pain in both knees. She was diagnosed with JIA by orthopedic and received oral NSAID therapy for 2 months, but did not improve and referred to allergy immunologic pediatrician. The patient was diagnosed as polyarticular JIA with RF negative. After 7 times got intraarticular injection, oral methotrexate, sub cutaneous methotrexate, NSAID, physiotherapy for 2 years, she got remission. Remission conditions that can be maintained for up to 12 months after completion of therapy Conclusions: Remission conditions that can be maintained up to 12 months after completion of therapy according to observers are due to good compliance adherence factors, good prognostic factors in this patient, children with negative polyarticular RF JIA, during observation no gastrointestinal infections were found, good nutritional status, children following routine physiotherapy until it is declared completed by the physiotherapist, the child gets routine vitamin D supplementation which may affect the child's disease activity.
