KORELASI ANTARA KADAR ANTI dsDNA DENGAN KADAR PROTEINURIA PENDERITA LUPUS ERITEMATOSUS SISTEMIK

Latar Belakang. Antibodi anti dsDNA memiliki peran penting dalam patogenesis LES serta terjadinya nefritis lupus yang ditandai dengan proteinuria. Deteksi proteinuria menjadi penting terkait diagnosis dan monitoring pasien nefritis lupus. Metode dipstik proteinuria masih menjadi pemriksaan utama di Indonesia terlepas dari kekurangan dan kelebihanya Tujuan Penelitian. Mengetahui korelasi antara kadar Anti dsDNA dengan kadar proteinuria yang diukur dengan metode dipstik pada penderita lupus eritematosus sistemik. Metode. Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta yang yang berlangsung pada bulan Agustus 2020 sampai bulan September 2020 Subjek penelitian di ambil data demografis, anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan laboratorium. Analisis data untuk uji korelasi Spearman, uji bivariat dan multivariat untuk menilai faktor perancu terhadap proteinuria. Hasil Penelitian. Sebanyak 99 subyek yang mengikuti penelitian, Uji korelasi Spearman didapatkan ada korelasi yang bermakna antara kadar anti dsDNA dengan proteinuria dengan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,328 (positif). Kesimpulan. Terdapat korelasi positif lemah antara kadar anti dsDNA dengan kadar proteinuria pada pasien Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik. Background. One of the specific antibodies for SLE is the double-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid (anti-dsDNA) antibody, which is believed to play an important role in the pathogenesis of organ manifestations, Especially Lupus nephritis. Proteinuria is one of the best available biomarker for assessing kidney involvement in SLE and for monitoring response to therapy and progression of the disease. Despite the advantages, In Indonesia dipstick methode is the first choice to measure proteinuria. Aim of the Study. this study tried to find the correlation between anti dsDNA level and proteinuria level with dipstick method Methods. This study was using descriptive analytical research methods with cross-sectional study design using secondary data from medical records, conducted at the General Hospital Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta in August to September 2020 Subject is SLE patients with age 18 years or more with inclusion criteria available anti dsDNA and proteinuria data. Data analysis would be tested by Spearman correlation tests, spearman rho test and multivariate analysis with multiple regression linear. The results were significant if p <0.05. Result. This study was followed by 99 subjects, Results of Spearman correlation test found a significant association between anti-dsDNA level and the severity of proteinuria, measured by the dipstick strip check (p = 0.01) with a correlation strength of 0.328. Conclusion. There is positive correlation between anti dsDNA level with proteinuria dipstick but the correlation is weak.
