Pengaruh Ukuran Celah Pelolosan pada Bubu Lipat Kubus terhadap Hasil Tangkapan Ikan di Perairan Utara Kabupaten Tuban

Modifikasi celah pelolosan pada bubu lipat kubus diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas alat tangkap dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan karena ikan yang belum layak tangkap dapat meloloskan diri secara alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celah pelolosan terhadap komposisi hasil tangkapan, nilai laju tangkap (CPUE), trap rate, dan distribusi ukuran hasil tangkapan di perairan utara Kabupaten Tuban. Penelitian dilakukan dengan uji coba penangkapan (Experimental fishing) pada 10 stasiun sampling di bulan November 2019. Sebanyak 60 unit bubu lipat kubus dipasang secara rawai dan terdiri dari 20 unit bubu lipat kubus tanpa celah pelolosan sebagai kontrol, 20 unit bercelah pelolosan 6x3 cm, dan 20 unit bercelah pelolosan 7x4 cm. Hasil tangkapan terdiri dari 18 spesies yang didominasi oleh jenis ikan. Nilai laju tangkap paling tinggi terdapat pada bubu lipat kubus bercelah pelolosan 7x4 cm sebesar 6,94 gr/bubu/trip. Nilai rerata persentase trap rate hasil tangkapan tertinggi terdapat pada bubu lipat kubus tanpa celah pelolosan sebesar 18%. Celah pelolosan pada bubu lipat kubus berpengaruh beda nyata terhadap berat hasil tangkapan dan laju tangkap (CPUE) pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Pengaruh celah pelolosan berukuran 7x4 cm pada bubu lipat kubus berpengaruh pada berat dan laju tangkap (CPUE) hasil tangkapan yang memiliki nilai tinggi.

The modification of the escape gap in the cube folding trap expected to increase the effectiveness of fishing gear and preserve the environment because fish that are not yet fit to be caught can escape naturally. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing the escape gap on catch composition, catch per unit effort (CPUE), trap rate, and catches size distribution at the north waters of Tuban Regency. The research was conducted by 10 trips of experimental fishing at different locations in November 2019. A total of 60 units of cube folding traps were installed in line, consisting of 20 units of cube folding traps without escape gaps as a control, 20 units of cube folding traps with escape gaps 6x3 cm and 7x4 cm. The catch consists of 18 species which are dominated by fish. The highest catch per unit effort value was found in cube folding trap 7x4 cm escape gaps that are 6,94 gr/traps/trip. The highest percentage average value of the trap rate in the cube folding traps without escape gap by 18%. The cube folding trap's escape gap has a significant effect on catch weight catch per unit effort (p=95%). The 7x4 cm escape gap on the cube folding trap affects the weight and catch per unit effort of the catch which has a high value.
