INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan strategi optimalisasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) Tirta Mandiri dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi Desa Ponggok serta mengelaborasi hasil capaian optimalisasi yang dilakukan BUM Desa Tirta Mandiri dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi Desa Ponggok Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pada pokok permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive yakni memilah informan sesuai dengan kriteria dan standar yang ditetapkan peneliti. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan, kebijakan dan peraturan perundangan terkait serta sumber lainnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan bersifat induktif dengan alat analisis Teori Optimalisasi, Teori Ketahanan Ekonomi, Konsep BUM Desa serta teori dan konsep dalam peraturan perundangan lainnya yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa BUM Desa Tirta mandiri memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi desa. Untuk mencapai peran strategis tersebut diperlukan langkah kunci berupa optimalisasi. Strategi Optimalisasi BUM Desa Tirta Mandiri dimulai dari strategi sinkronisasi BUM Desa dangan RPJM Desa, strategi konsistensi prinsip usaha, strategi operasional, strategi kelembagaan dan sumber daya manusia, strategi jejaring kerja, strategi ekspansi dan diversifikasi usaha, strategi manajemen risiko, serta strategi monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil capaian optimalisasi Bum Desa Tirta Mandiri adalah sebagai berikut, pertama, optimalisasi gatra kekayaan alam melalui optimalisasi pentagona aset desa. Kedua, optimalisasi gatra ekonomi melalui pengelolaan pertanian dan pariwisata. Ketiga, optimalisasi gatra sosial budaya melalui kearifan lokal, pendidikan dan kesehatan. Keempat, optimalisasi bidang infrastruktur dan lingkungan hidup. Kata Kunci: Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa), ketahanan ekonomi desa, strategi optimalisasi, hasil capaian optimalisasi.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role and optimization strategy of the Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) Tirta Mandiri in increasing the economic resilience of Ponggok Village and elaborating on the results of optimization made by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Tirta Mandiri in increasing the economic resilience of Ponggok Village. The research method used is qualitative with a study approach to the main problems that occur in the field. Determination of informants is done by using purposive technique, namely sorting the informants according to the criteria and standards set by the researcher. Data is obtained from various primary and secondary sources through observation, indepth interviews, documentation, literature study, related policies and regulations and other sources. The analytical technique used is inductive in nature with analysis tools of Optimization Theory, Economic Resilience Theory, the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Concept and theories and concepts in other related laws and regulations. The results of this study prove that the Village Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Tirta Mandiri has a strategic role in increasing the resilience of the village economy. To achieve this strategic role requires a key step in the form of optimization. The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Tirta Mandiri Optimization Strategy starting from the the Village Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) synchronization strategy with the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM Desa), business principle consistency strategy, operational strategy, institutional strategy and human resources, network strategy, business expansion and diversification strategy, risk management strategy, and monitoring and evaluation strategy. The results of the optimization of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Tirta Mandiri are as follows, first, optimization of the natural wealth dimension through optimization of the village asset pentagona. Second, the optimization of the economic zone through the management of agriculture and tourism. Third, the optimization of sociocultural features through local wisdom, education and health.
