KEBERLANJUTAN PROGRAM SOCIAL INVESTMENT: STUDI PROGRAM PRISMA (PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE INTEGRATED FARMING, SMALL ENTERPRISE CLUSTER AND MICROFINANCE ACCESS) PT CHEVRON PACIFIC INDONESIA

This study aims to analys the sustainability of the empowerment program assisted community groups. PT CPI identifies problems around it using environmental, social, and governance approaches. PT CPI hopes that it can help improve the welfare of the community, as well as invite the community to preserve the environment with the PRISMA (Promoting Sustainable Integrated Farming, small enterprise cluster) program. With PRISMA, it is hoped that the community will have the provisions to jointly empower other communities while still adhering to the concept of sustainability. The concepts used in this study include the concept of corporate community development by Gleen Banks to formulate the method used by PT CPI, then the researcher used the concept of technical assistance by Jerry W. Robbinson to analyze the approach the social performance team took to community guided groups as well as indicators of the sustainability concept formulated. by Marry Anne to analyze the sustainability of the assisted community groups that are still ongoing. Researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods supported by the concept of community empowerment methods and approaches to identify the methods and approaches used by PT CPI and the concept of program sustainability as a description of program evaluation and analysis of the target group community. The informants in this study were the coordinators of the assisted community groups people from 3 assisted groups and people from the PT CPI social performance team. Researchers used interviews and document studies as data collection methods. The results showed that the Social Performance Team used the corporate community development method and the technical assistance approach to run the PRISMA program. The sustainability of the PRISMA program based on three groups of assisted communities meets sustainability indicators by taking into account social, economic and environmental sustainability. The problems that affect the running of the program come from various factors, one of which is the lack of coordination which makes the community that most of the assisted community groups no longer run the organization properly even though they still use mentoring experience as an individual effort.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa keberlanjutan pada kelompok masyarakat binaan program pemberdayaan PT CPI. Dengan mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada disekitarnya menggunakan pendekatan enviroment, social, dan governance, PT CPI berharap dapat membantu mensejahterakan masyarakat, sekaligus mengajak masyarakat untuk memelihara lingkungan. Dengan program PRISMA (Promoting Sustainable Integrated Farming, small enterprise cluster) diharapkan masyarakat memiliki bekal untuk bersama-sama memberdayakan masyarakat lain dengan tetap menganut paham keberlanjutan. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain konsep corporate community development Gleen Banks untuk merumuskan metode yang digunakan PT CPI, kemudian peneliti menggunakan konsep technical assistance Jerry W. Robbinson untuk menganalisa pendekatan yang dilakukan kepada kelompok binaan masyarakat serta indikator konsep keberlanjutan yang dirumuskan oleh Marry Anne untuk menganalisa keberlanjutan kelompok masyarakat binaan yang hinga sekarang masih berjalan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif didukung dengan konsep metode dan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi metode dan pendekatan apa yang digunakan oleh PT CPI serta konsep keberlanjutan program sebagai gambaran evaluasi program dan analisa terhadap masyarakat kelompok binaan. Informan yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah koordinator kelompok masyarakat binaan dari 3 kelompok binanaan social performance team PT CPI. Peneliti menggunakan interview dan studi dokumen sebgai metode koleksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Performance Team menggunakan metode corporate community development serta pendekatan technical asisstance untuk menjalankan program PRISMA. Keberlanjutan program PRISMA berdasarkan tiga kelompok masyarakat binaan memenuhi indikator keberlanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Permasalahan yang mempengaruhi jalannya program datang dari berbagai faktor salah satunya ialahnya kurangnya koordinasi yang masyarakat membuat sebagian besar dari kelompok masyarakat binaan tidak lagi menjalankan organisasi dengan baik meskipun tetap menggunakan pengalaman pendampingan sebagai usaha individu
