Perpaduan Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Goal Programming dalam Mendesain Rantai Pasokan yang Efisien dan Responsif

Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas tentang pemodelan dalam merancang desain rantai pasokan agar dapat efisien dan responsif. Rantai pasokan merupakan sistem untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya organisasi dengan lebih baik. Permasalahan pemodelan diberikan oleh perusahaan tekstil yang menginginkan rantai pasokan yang efisien dan responsif dengan efisiensi lebih dari responsivitas. Permasalahan menggunakan model \textit{goal programming} di mana bobot yang digunakan diperoleh dari \textit{analytical hierarchy process}. Untuk membantu memperoleh solusi pemodelan, maka digunakanlah perangkat lunak Python dengan paket Gurobi. Alhasil, diperoleh rantai pasokan yang sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan yakni rantai pasokan yang efisien dan responsif dengan efisiensi melebihi responsivitas.

In this undergraduate thesis will present a model to design a supply chain to get efficient and responsive. Supply chain is a system to optimize the organizational resources. The problem of a model given by textile company to desire their supply chain have an efficient and responsive with the efficency more than responsiveness. The problem using the goal programming model which the weight is obtained by analytical hierarchy process. The solution of model obtain by software Python and Gurobi package. The result is the supply chain have an efficient and responsive with the efficiency more than responsiveness which that is appropiate for the textile company.
