The aim of this research is to analyse the dynamics of changes in the political economy of Ukraine after the Revolution of Dignity 2014 to 2020. Former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych (tenure 2010-2014) was ousted by the Ukrainian people, due to many factors. The main factor is the political direction towards Russia. Moreover, he had had the plan to make Ukraine a Russian colony. Even though the Ukrainian people choose to be part of Europe and NATO. Revolution of Dignity 2014 is a sign of the changing attitude of the Ukrainian people towards government. One more factor is that the Ukrainian budget was taken up by Viktor Yanukovych, after fleeing to Russia. Ukraine's economic development line drastically dropped. Ukraine had received loans from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), from European countries and the United States, etc., to sustain as an independent country. Russia started military expansion in the territory of Eastern Ukraine and Southern Ukraine (Crimean peninsula).
