Meningkatnya kebutuhan akan transportasi umum menyebabkan penyebaran transportasi di Indonesia meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Permintaan transportasi yang dapat dengan cepat tiba di tengah kemacetan di Yogyakarta, serta transportasi yang dapat dengan mudah ditemukan oleh masyarakat sehingga efisiensi waktu dapat lebih optimal. Angkutan umum memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan perekonomian, karena berhubungan dengan tenaga kerja yang merupakan inti dari pergerakan ekonomi di kota. Salah satu angkutan umum yang paling efektif dan efisien di Indonesia adalah Ojek atau ojek. Ojek merupakan angkutan umum berupa sepeda motor. Penumpang biasanya hanya satu orang. Ojek digunakan oleh orang-orang di kota-kota besar karena kelebihan dengan transportasi lain, yang lebih cepat dan dapat melewati antara kemacetan di kota, di mana sangat berguna di Indonesia. Masyarakat kita saat ini di Indonesia dimudahkan dengan baik dengan transportasi Ojek Online (Go-Jek dan Grab) khususnya untuk pesanan. Di mana pun dan kapan pun juga cepat dan real time, komunitas mudah dimobilisasi di mana saja dengan memiliki aplikasi yang terhubung dengan teknologi Internet ini. Bisnis yang memanfaatkan aplikasi virtual untuk memudahkan pemesanan sarana transportasi tersebut adalah bisnis Gojek dan Grab Bike. Pengaruh globalisasi (munculnya aplikasi transportasi online seperti Ojek online (Go-Jek dan Grab) dalam pengembangan teknologi transportasi adalah menjawab permasalahan sosial dan kekhawatiran masyarakat terhadap transportasi umum, khususnya di wilayah Yogyakarta. Dengan penyedia layanan transportasi online, pihaknya memberikan solusi atas kemacetan yang terjadi di wilayah Yogyakarta serta memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, perusahaan Ojek Online (Go-Jek dan Grab) harus memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada para driver Ojek konvensional untuk lebih memahami teknologi yang disediakan Ojek Online ini. Kedua, Ojek berbasis online (Go-Jek dan Grab) menyediakan fasilitas berupa smartphone kepada para driver yang baru bergabung terutama yang belum memiliki smartphone. Ketiga, Pemerintah membuat regulasi tentang penyeimbangan tarif antara ojek online dengan ojek konvensional. Jika konflik berlanjut, pemerintah harus lebih responsif agar konflik tidak terulang kembali. Kata kunci : Transportasi, Globalisasi, Sosialisasi.

The increasing need for public transportation has led to the spread of transportation in Indonesia to increase over time. Demand for transportation that can quickly arrive in the middle of the traffic congestion in Yogyakarta, as well as transportation that can be easily found by the community so that time efficiency can be more optimal. Public transport has an important role in the development of the economy, as it relates to the distribution of goods, services and labor are the core of the economic movements in the city. One of the most effective and efficient public transport in Indonesia is Ojek or motorcycle taxi. Ojek is an public transportation in the form of motorcycles. Passengers are usually only one person. Ojek is used by people in large cities because of the excess with other transportation, which is faster and can pass between congestion in the city, where it is very useful in Indonesia. Our current society in Indonesia is well facilitated with the transportation of Online Ojek (Go-Jek and Grab) especially for the order. Wherever and whenever it is also fast and real time, the community is easy to mobilize anywhere by having an application connected with this Internet technology. Businesses that utilize virtual applications to facilitate booking these means of transport are Gojek and Grab Bike's businesses. The influence of globalization (the emergence of online transport applications such as online Ojek (Go-Jek and Grab) in the development of transportation technology is answering social problems and public concerns about public transportation, especially in the Yogyakarta region. With the provider of online transportation services, it provides solutions for congestion occurring in the area of Yogyakarta and provide convenience and comfort for consumers. The results of the study suggest that First, Online Ojek company (Go-Jek and Grab) should provide socialization and education to the conventional Ojek drivers to better understand the technology that this Online Ojek provides. Second, The online-based Ojek (Go-Jek and Grab) provides facilities in the form of smartphones to the newly joined drivers especially those who do not have a smartphone. Third, The government make a regulation about the balancing of tariffs between online ojek with conventional ojek. If the conflict persists, the government must be more responsive to prevent conflicts from being repeated. Keyword : Transportation, Globalization, Socialization.
