Proses pengolahan getah pinus menjadi gondorukem dan terpentin yang dilakukan oleh PGT Cimanggu memasak sebanyak 13.823.352 Kg getah pinus per tahun dan menghasilkan rendemen total di atas 80%. Dari data tren 5 tahun terakhir pabrik mampu menghasilkan gondorukem kualitas terbaik yaitu XB dan memiliki prospek ekonomi yang sangat baik. Selama 5 tahun terakhir pabrik mampu menghasilkan rata-rata gondorukem sebesar 10.035.253 Kg/tahun dan terpentin sebesar 2.090.130,28 Kg/tahun. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang keuntungan yang diperoleh selama 5 tahun terakhir. Pada tahun produksi 2015 mendapatkan laba terbesar yaitu sebesar Rp 41.424.312.937,- akan tetapi tahun produksi 2019 memiliki profitabilitas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 24,24%. Dari data analisis keuntungan 5 tahun terakhir diketahui produksi gondorukem dan terpentin di PGT Cimanggu layak karena memperoleh laba sebesar Rp 29.865.082.624,-/tahun.

The processing of pine sap into gum rosin and turpentine conducted by PGT Cimanggu cooking as much as 13,823,352 Kg of pine sap per year and produces a total yield above 80%. The results of this research provides information about the profits gained over the last 5 years. In the 2015 production year, the largest profit was Rp 41,424,312,937.- but the 2019 production year had the highest profitability of 24.24%. From the data analysis of the profits of the last 5 years known gondorukem and terpentine production in PGT Cimanggu is feasible because it earned a profit of Rp 29,865,082,624.-/year.
