Perancangan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) Rekam Medis Elektronik di Puskesmas Gamping l Yogyakarta

Latar Belakang : Standar Pedoman Operasional (SPO) disusun sebagai kelengkapan pedoman tata naskah terkait dengan dokumen atau data yang dipersyaratkan oleh standar akreditas untuk memberikan kejelasan langkah-langkah dalam melaksanakan kegiatan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi guna menunjang pelayanan kesehatan dengan implementasi SIMPUS mempengaruhi perubahan SPO dari rekam medis manual ke rekam medis elektronik. Perubahan SPO pada Puskesmas Gamping l dari rekam medis manual ke elektronik dilakukan untuk meminimkan pemakaian kertas dan memenuhi nilai akreditasi dengan cara melengkapi dokumen SPO RME. Tujuan : Mengidentifikasi kegiatan pelayanan yang belum memiliki SPO RME dalam Unit Rekam Medis di Puskesmas Gamping l, Menyusun dan Merancang SPO Rekam Medis Elektronik Bagian Pendaftaran, Pelaporan dan Koding dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) Rekam Medis Elektronik Metode : Metode pada perancangan ini adalah metode perancangan dengan subjek perancangan yaitu petugas pendaftaran , petugas koding (dokter), petugas pelaporan yang berjumlah 5 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, studi dokumentasi check-list observasi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Tahapan FGD perancang akan mendiskusikan kepada pihak puskesmas untuk mengetahui sebelum dan sesudah kelayakan isi SPO RME yang dirancang. Hasil : Hasil pada perancangan ini yaitu empat buah SPO RME disusun berdasarkan teori Direktorat Jenderal Bina Upaya Kesehatan Dasar (2014) dan empat buah SPO RME berdasarkan penyusunan format Puskesmas Gamping l. Kesimpulan :Perancangan SPO Rekam Medis Elektronik pada unit rekam medis pendaftaran, pelaporan dan koding di Puskesmas Gamping l sudah dibuat melalui tahapan yang yang ada dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasilnya sudah sesuai dengan kegiatan pelayanan Puskesmas Gamping l.

Background: Standard Operating Procedure (SPO) were prepared as a complement to manuscript guidelines related to documents or data required by accreditation standards to provide clarity of steps in carrying out action. The use of information technology to support health services with the implementation of SIMPUS affects the change in the SOP from manual medical records to electronic medical records. SPO changes at Puskesmas Gamping l from manual to electronic medical records are carried out to minimize paper usage and meet the accreditation value by completing the RME SPO document. Objectives: To identify service activities that do not yet have an RME SPO in the Medical Record Unit at the Puskesmas Gamping l, Compile and Design SOP Electronic Medical Records for Registration, Reporting and Coding and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Standar Operating Prosedure (SPO) of Electronic Medical Records. Methods: The method in this design is the design method with the design subject, namely registration officers, coding officers (doctors), reporting officers totaling 5 people. Data collection methods used interview guidelines, documentation study, observation check-list and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The FGD stage the designer will discuss with the Head of Medical Record Unit to find out before and after the feasibility of the contents of the designed RME SPO. Results: The results of this design are four RME SPOs compiled based on the theory of the Direktorat Jenderal Bina Upaya Kesehatan Dasar (2014) and four RME SPOs based on the drafting of the Puskesmas Gamping l. Conclusion: The design of SPO Electronic Medical Records in the medical record unit for registration, reporting and coding at the Puskesmas Gamping l has been made through the existing stages and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results are in accordance with the service activities of the Puskesmas Gamping l.
