Selain memiliki tugas untuk mengajar, Guru juga memiliki tugas untuk mengur us keperluan Administrasi yang dibutuhkan sekolah. Sayangnya, tidak semua guru paham bagaimana cara yang baik untuk mengelola berbagai dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan Administrasi tersebut. Hal ini sering kali menyebabkan guru-guru harus mengabaikan kewajiban utamanya, mengajar, karena harus mengurus berkas-berkas untuk Administrasi. Sehingga, untuk mempermudah tugas para guru dan pihak sekolah dalam mengurus segala keperluan Administrasi dan pengarsipan, diciptakan sebuah sistem informa s i �SIGURU� yang berfungsi untuk membantu menyimpan dan mengolah berkas-berkas yang dibutuhkan secara lebih mudah. Segala berkas yang sudah di-upload akan disimpan ke dalam Cloud dan akan bisa diakses oleh Guru itu sendiri dan juga pihak sekolah atau petugas tata usaha selaku Administrator. Sistem informasi SIGURU dibuat dengan menggunakan model pengembangan lean startup, yang dilakukan dengan cara membuat MVP (Minimum Viable Product) dengan fitur yang sudah berfungsi namun belum tertata secara rapih pada interfacenya. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah fungsi utama dari SIGURU sudah berhasil menjawab permasalaha n yang terjadi di lapangan atau belum. Adapun pada model lean startup pada SIGURU adalah pemasangan fitur-fitur pada website SIGURU dihasilkan dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh beberapa Guru di sekolah-sekolah yang berbeda. Terdapat aplikasi/website dengan fitur serupa, beberapa di antaranya adalah Google Drive dan DropBox. Dari hasil observasi di lapangan, mayoritas guru sudah mencoba salah satu atau kedua aplikasi/website tersebut, namun guru cenderung kebingungan ketika hendak menggunakan kedua aplikasi tersebut, dan pada aplikasi tersebut tempat untuk mengelola file (drive) dengan tempat broadcast pesan/pengumuman dipisah di dua website yang berbeda sehingga akan memakan waktu akses lebih lama. Maka dari itu SIGURU memberikan solusi sistem informasi digital pengarsipan berkas dan broadcast pengumuman yang dijadikan pada satu halaman website untuk membuat waktu lebih efektif. Dengan adanya sistem informasi SIGURU, diharapkan dapat menjawab kebingunga n guru dengan memberikan sebuah platform yang bisa mengintegrasikan fungsi google drive dan dropbox pada sebuah website, sehingga bisa mempermudah guru di dalam menggunaka nnya dan mendorong guru untuk menggunakan aplikasi secara berkesinambungan untuk mengur us keperluan administrasi sekolah yang sebelumnya dilakukan dengan tradisional. Sistem penyimpanan secara central menggunakan cloud computing ini membuat segala berkas yang dibutuhkan dapat diakses di mana saja dan memiliki availability dan scalability yang tinggi. Hal ini jelas meminimalisir adanya resiko human error dalam penyimpa nan berkas-berkas yang dibutuhkan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, pertukaran data menjadi lebih mudah dan efektif. Selain untuk menjadi pusat data central, sistem informasi ini juga dapat digunakan untuk menyebarkan pengumuman yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan Administratif yang harus dilakukan oleh Guru. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dan dirancang secara user-centered sehingga segala fitur dan fungsi di dalamnya disesuaikan dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan user yaitu para guru dan pihak tata usaha selaku Administrator pada sistem informasi ini. Dalam pembuatannya, sistem informasi ini dikembangkan ke dalam dua modul yaitu modul user yang bisa diakses oleh Guru dan modul Admin yang hanya bisa diakses oleh Petugas Tata Usaha yang ditunjuk sebagai person in charge.

Apart from teaching students, Teacher also has duty to manage administrative needs for school. Unfortunately, not all Teacher understand how to properly manage the various documents needed for these administrative purposes. This case oftenly causes Teacher to neglect their main obligation which is teaching the Students, because they have to take care of files for administration. So, to simplify the tasks of Teacher and school in managing all administrative and archiving documents, SIGURU information system is created which has functions to help store and process the required files more easily. All files that have been uploaded to system will be saved into the cloud-storage and will be accessible by the Teacher itself and also the school or administrative officers as administrator. SIGURU information system is created using lean-startup development model, which is done by making an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with features that are already functioning but the interface is not neatly arranged. This method will determine whether the main function of SIGURU has succeeded in answering problems that occur in the field or not. The lean-startup model in SIGURU is installed features on the website is based on results of interviews conducted by several Teachers in different schools. There are application/website with similar features like SIGURU, some of them are Google Drive and DropBox. Based from the results of field observations, the majority of Teachers have tried one or both of these application/website, but Teachers tend to be confused when they want to use these applications, and also in that application the place to manage files (drive) is separated from application which to manage broadcast message/announcement, so it will take longer access time. Therefore, SIGURU provides a digital information system solution for archiving files and broadcast announcement that are made on one website page to make access time more effective. With SIGURU information system, it is hoped that it can answer Teacher�s problem by providing a platform that can integrate Google Drive and DropBox function on a single website, so it can help teachers to use it and encourage teachers to use the application continously to manage school administration that were previously done by the traditional way. Central storage system using cloud computing makes all the files needed can be accessed anywhere and has high availability and scalability. This clearly minimizes the risk of human error in storing the files needed on administrative. With this information system, data exchange becomes easier and more effective. Apart from being a central data center, this information system can also be used to broadcast announcements related to administrative activities that must be completed by the Teacher. This information system is created and designed in a user-centered method so that all the features and functions in SIGURU are adjusted and installed based on user needs. In the process of development, this information system is developed into two modules, first is user module which can be accessed by the Teacher and second is admin module which can only be accessed by the Administrative Officer appointed as person in charge.
