Pengembangan Dasbor Performa Penelitian, PKM, dan HAKI Program Studi Serta Dosen DTETI FT UGM Berbasis Business Intelligence Sesuai dengan Standar Akreditasi BAN-PT

Akreditasi perguruan tinggi oleh BAN-PT merupakan salah satu parameter dalam menentukan mutu perguruan tinggi serta program studi di Indonesia. Dalam penilaian akreditasi standar Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN - PT), akan ditentukanbeberapa skor capaian atau kinerja di beberapa bidang program studi. Salah satunya adalah skor capaian dalam bidang Penelitian, Pengabdian kepada Masyarkat (PkM) dan Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI). Dalam melaksanakan proses evaluasi diri, diperlukan sumber data yang digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menilai pada suatu bidang. Pada organisasi Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi (DTETI) ditemukan permasalahan bahwa, data masih terpencar , struktur informasi yang belum sesuai dengan unsur-unsur metrik penilaian BAN-PT, dan data masih disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan usaha yang lebih untuk mengintegrasikan hingga menilainya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, melalui tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengkajian struktur informasi berdasarkan standar BAN-PT pada data penelitian, PkM, dan HAKI dosen DTETI yang memiliki struktur yang berbeda-beda. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan Business Intelligence (BI) agar dapat dikembangkan dasbor visualisasi melalui Power BI. Tugas akhir ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sedangkan untuk pengujian sistem digunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk mengetahui tingkat persentase validitas fungsional sistem dan juga metrik System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk menentukan skala kebergunaan sistem Acceptability Ranges, Grade Scale, serta Adjective Ratings dari skor rata-rata SUS. Sistem yang dihasilkan adalah berupa dasbor visualisasi penelitian, PkM,dan HAKI program studi serta dosen DTETI berbasis BI sesuai dengan standar akreditasi BAN-PT yang terdiri dari tiga halaman, yaitu dasbor visualisasi penelitian, PkM, dan HAKI yang semuanya disertai dengan analisis deskriptif berupa skor capaian BAN-PT, jumlah dosen dan jumlah penelitian / PkM / HAKI untuk menjelaskan kinerja Prodi dan dosen di bidang penelitian, PkM, dan HAKI. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan didapat hasil bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem dapat berjalan dengan seharusnya dan sistem dapat diterima oleh target pengguna.

The College accreditation by BAN-PT is one of the parameters in determining the quality of tertiary institutions and study programs in Indonesia. In evaluating the accreditation standard of BAN-PT, several achievement or performance scores will be determined in several fields of courses. One of them is the achievement score in the field of Research, Community Service and Intellectual Property Rights. In carrying out the process of self-evaluation, a data source is needed that is used as a basis for assessing a field. In the organization of the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering found problems that, the data is still scattered, the structure of information that is not in accordance with the elements of the BANPT assessment metrics, and the data is still presented in tabular form, so it requires more time and effort to integrate up to rate it. Based on those problems, through this final project an assessment of the information structure based on BAN-PT standards was carried out on lecture research, community service, and intellectual property rights which has a different structure. Then the data is processed with Business Intelligence to develop the visualization dashboard through Power BI. This final project was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. While the system testing used the Black Box Testing method to determine the percentage level of system functional validity and the System Usability Scale (SUS) metric to determine the scale of use of the Acceptability Ranges, Grade Scale, and Adjective Ratings system from the average SUS score. The resulting system consists of a research visualization dashboard, PkM, and HAKI based studio programs and DTETI lecturers based on BI in accordance with the BAN-PT accreditation standard consisting of three pages, namely the research visualization dashboard, PkM, and HAKI which find out with the analysis described as BAN-PT achievement score, number of lecturers and number of research / PkM / HAKI to explain the performance of study programs and lecturers in the field of research, PkM, and HAKI. Based on the results obtained obtained from the entire system that can be done with a system that can be accepted by the target user.
