Analisis Kontribusi Komponen Teknologi UMKM Kota Bontang Menggunakan Metode Teknometrik

Keberadaan industri mikro kecil di suatu daerah seperti kota Bontang penting bagi daerah tersebut karena dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan penduduknya lebih cepat dibanding dengan sektor lainnya dan pemberi potensi penambahan kontribusi pendapatan daerah terbesar. Industri tersebut perlu dibina sehingga tumbuh sehat agar produknya diminati pasar. Namun demikian, pembinaan tersebut tidak dapat efektif karena tidak ada peta teknometrik yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan. Dalam studi ini, peta teknometrik industri dibuat dan hasilnya didiskusikan. Industri mikro kecil berbasis pengolahan makanan, furniture, tekstil dan pakaian jadi yang tersebar di wilayah kota Bontang dijadikan sebagai obyek pemetaan dan metode teknometrik digunakan untuk menghitung tingkat kontribusi teknologi yang dimiliki. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa 4 aspek yang meliputi Technoware, Humanware, Infoware dan Orgaware yang ada pada industri mikro kecil kota Bontang relatif rendah, sehingga usulan dalam rangka pembinaan UMKM di Kota Bontang dilakukan dengan melakukan urutan prioritas pada fasilitas produksi, sumberdaya manusia, sistem informasi dan organisasi serta melalui sinergi ABG (Academic-Business-Goverment).

The existence of a small micro industry in an area such as the city of Bontang is important for the area because it can improve the welfare of its population, faster than other sectors. The industry needs to be fostered, so it will grows and attractive the market. However, this guidance cannot be effective because there is no technical map that can be used as a reference. In this study, an industrial technometric map was made and the results discussed. Food-based, furniture and textile as a small micro industries that scattered in the Bontang area are used as mapping objects and techometric methods are used to calculate the level of technological contribution they have. The results of this study indicate that 4 aspects which include Technoware, Humanware, Infoware and Orgaware that exist in the small micro industry of Bontang are relatively low. If it sorted by priorities for coach and develop then it started from production facility technology, employee competencies, information systems and organizational management. Synergy from ABG (academic-business-government) also needed to supporting the development of small micro and medium-sized businesses.
