EVALUASI PENERAPAN KONSEP TPM (TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE) DI PT. CIKARANG LISTRINDO PEMBANGKIT BABELAN

Pada masa kini, manusia sangat memerlukan tenaga listrik untuk menopang kehidupannya. Keandalan ketersediaan tenaga listrik dibutuhkan agar kegiatan perekonomian dapat berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat istilah SAIDI dan SAIFI untuk evaluasi ketersediaan listrik yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Untuk mendukung keandalan listrik, dibutuhkan sistem operasi dan perawatan yang baik. PT Cikarang Listrindo memiliki visi menjadi perusahaan kelas dunia yang mampu menyediakan energi listrik yang andal dan bersih. Terdapat sistem perawatan yang dikenal luas oleh dunia yaitu TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Untuk mengevaluasinya diperlukan sistem pengukuran yang dikenal sebagai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Nilai OEE perusahaan secara berturut-turut selama 3 (tiga) tahun dibawah 85%, sebuah standar yang ditetapkan secara internasional. Hasil analisa sistem perawatan dan data di lapangan, terdapat permasalahan pada pilar support system dimana kerjasama antar departemen dibutuhkan. Peralatan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya OEE setelah dianalisis merupakan Air Fans dan Coal Feeder. Penelitian ini menyarankan beberapa perbaikan dengan sistem eksekusi 4dx agar lebih efisien.

At present, humans really need electricity to sustain their lives. Reliability of the availability of electricity is needed so that economic activity can run well. There are terms SAIDI and SAIFI for evaluating the availability of electricity felt by the community. To support electrical reliability, a good operating and maintenance system is needed. PT Cikarang Listrindo has a vision to become a world-class company that is able to provide reliable and clean electricity. There is a treatment system that is widely known by the world, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) which is implemented by the company. To evaluate this we need a measurement system known as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). The OEE value of companies in a row for 3 (three) years is below 85%, an internationally established standard. The results of the analysis of the maintenance system and the data in the field, there are problems in the pillar of the support system where collaboration between departments is needed. The equipment that most influences the low OEE after being analyzed is Air Fans and Coal Feeder. This research suggests some improvements with the 4dx execution system to make it more efficient.
