Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan diproksikan dengan ROA dan ROE, serta menggunakan variabel kontrol yaitu market capitalization, leverage, dan firm size. Perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan disiplin melakukan pengungkapan dana Corporate Social Responsibility selama lima tahun yaitu pada tahun 2014-2018. Prosedur pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total 55 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Corporate Social Responsibility maka semakin baik pula kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

This study aims to examine whether Corporate Social Responsibility affects the company's financial performance. The company's financial performance is proxied by ROA and ROE, and uses control variables namely market capitalization, leverage, and firm size. The companies sampled in this study were non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and disciplined in disclosing Corporate Social Responsibility funds for five years, namely in 2014-2018. Sample selection procedures using a purposive sampling method with a total of 55 companies. The results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive effect on the company's financial performance. This shows that the better the Corporate Social Responsibility, the better the company's financial performance.
