Latar Belakang: Cakupan ASI eksklusif pada bayi dibawah usia 6 bulan mencapai 37,3% tahun 2018. Cakupan ini masih berada di bawah target Kemenkes pada tahun 2018, yaitu sebesar 80%. Salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan cakupan tersebut adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan ASI eksklusif saat kunjungan neonatal. Terdapat dua pelayanan ASI eksklusif yang diberikan saat KN1, yaitu konseling ASI dan pengamatan proses menyusui. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan ASI eksklusif saat kunjungan neonatal pertama dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2017 dengan pendekatan kohort retrospektif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah bayi berusia 0-5 bulan yang disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hubungan kualitas pelayanan ASI eksklusif saat kunjungan neonatal pertama dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif akan dianalisis dengan uji statistik chi-square dan menghitung nilai risk ratio (RR). Hasil: Persentase bayi 0-5 bulan yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif adalah 53,3% dan ibu yang mendapatkan pelayanan ASI yang lengkap sebesar 47,6%. Pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan ASI saat KN1 dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (RR=0,97 CI:0,84-1,13). Ada hubungan antara status bekerja ibu (RR=0,72 CI:0,63-0,83), jenis persalinan (RR=0,78 CI:0,67-0,90), dan IMD (RR=0,83 CI:0,73-0,95) terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kesimpulan: Cakupan ibu yang mendapatkan pelayanan ASI yang lengkap saat KN1 sudah cukup tinggi, namun tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan ASI saat KN1 dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan ASI saat KN1 agar semua ibu yang melakukan KN1 mendapatkan pelayanan ASI. Kata Kunci: ASI eksklusif, Kunjungan Neonatal, SDKI

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infant under 6 month reached 37,3% in 2018. This coverage is still below from the strategic plan target in 2018, which is 80%. One of the strategies to increase this coverage is to improve the quality of exclusive breastfeeding services at the first neonatal visit. There are two exclusive breastfeeding services at KN1, breastfeeding counseling and breastfeeding observation. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between quality of exclusive breastfeeding services at the first neonatal visit with exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia. Method: This study uses data from Indonesian Demoghraphic Health Survey (IDHS 2017) with a retrospective cohort approach. The samples used were infants aged 0-5 months who were adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. the relationship between quality of exclusive breastfeeding services at neonatal visit with exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia will be analyzed using chi-square statistical test and calculating the value of risk ratio (RR). Result: The percentage of infants 0-5 months who received exclusive breastfeeding was 53,3% and mothers who receive complete exclusive breastfeeding services was 47,6%. In this study, there was no relationship between the quality of exclusive breastfeeding services at the first neonatal visit and exclusive breastfeeding (P=0,74) and (RR= 0,97 CI: 0,84-1,13). There was a relationship between mother�s occupation (RR= 0,72 CI 0,63-0,83), type of delivery (RR= 0,78 CI 0,67-0,90), and IMD (RR= 0,83 CI 0,73-0,95) and exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: The coverage of mothers who receive complete exclusive breastfeeding services at KN1 was low. So it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of breastfeeding services at KN1.
