VALIDASI ISI MODUL PROGRAM KITA-3A (KOMUNIKASI DENGAN CINTA DAN ASIH, ASAH, ASUH) DAN PENYUSUNAN SKALA KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL UNTUK PASANGAN DENGAN ANAK USIA BALITA

Program pelatihan komunikasi dapat menjadi sebuah upaya penguatan perkawinan pada pasangan dengan anak usia balita. Validasi isi diperlukan untuk mengetahui apakah sebuah program sudah sesuai dengan tujuan. Di samping itu, pengukuran evaluatif perlu dibuat sebagai alat untuk mengetahui program berjalan dengan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan validasi isi modul Program KITA-3A (Komunikasi dengan Cinta dan Asih, Asah, Asuh) untuk pasangan dengan anak usia balita dan konstruksi skala komunikasi interpersonal untuk pasangan dengan anak usia balita. Program KITA-3A ini menyatukan konsep budaya Indonesia asih, asah, asuh, dan Non violent Communication (NVC). Hasil uji validitas isi modul menunjukkan hasil koefisien Aikens V dengan nilai 0,705 hingga 0,886 yang berarti bahwa modul sudah memenuhi kriteria validitas isi. Analisis kualitatif terhadap catatan dari rater dilakukan sebagai bahan perbaikan modul. Hasil uji validitas isi dan konstruk skala diperoleh 13 aitem yang memenuhi kriteria psikometri. Estimasi reliabilitas skala dengan Cronbach Alpha menunjukkan koefisien sebesar 0,724.

A communication training program can be an effort to strengthen marriage for married couples with children under five years. Content validation is needed to determine whether a program is in accordance with the purpose. Furthermore, an evaluation needed to be constructed to know the effectivity of the program. The purpose of this study was to validate the content of KITA-3A Program (Komunikasi dengan cinta, asih, asah, asuh) for married couples with children under five years and construct the interpersonal communication scale for married couples with children under five years. KITA-3A Program combined Indonesian culture: asih, asah, asuh and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). The result of content validity for the training module showed Aikens V coefficient from 0,705 to 0,886 which means that the module has met the content validity criteria. Qualitative analysis from rater note was provided. The result of content validity and construct validity of the scale showed 13 items that met the psychometry criteria. Reliability analysis of the scale with Cronbach Alpha showed the measurement coefficient was 0,724.
