Peran Komitmen Afektif terhadap Kinerja Pengurus pada Lembaga Mahasiswa di Universitas Gadjah Mada

Kinerja pengurus merupakan bagian penting dari produktivitas lembaga mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peran komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja pengurus pada lembaga mahasiswa. Hipotesis yang diajukan komitmen afektif berperan terhadap kinerja pengurus pada Lembaga Mahasiswa di UGM. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 205 orang pengurus Lembaga Mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale (ACS) dan Work Role Performance Scale Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan komitmen afektif memiliki peran positif terhadap kinerja pengurus pada Lembaga Mahasiswa secara signifikan dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 30,4%.

The performance of a student organization committee is an important part of the productivity of student institutions. This study aims to empirically examine the role of affective commitment to administrator's performance of student body organizations. The hypothesis proposed is affective commitment plays a role in the performance of the Student Organization Committee at UGM. Subjects in this study were 205 student body administrators. Data collection was performed using the Affective Commitment Scale (ACS) and Work Role Performance Scale Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques. The analysis showed that affective commitment leadership had a positive role on the performance of the management of the Student Institution significantly with an effective contribution of 30.4%.
