Evaluasi Pengendalian Mutu Pekerjaan Sub-Struktur Pada Proyek Mall Bintaro Jaya Exchange Tahap II

Pekerjaan sub-struktur adalah pekerjaan yang dilakukan pada elevasi dasar dari konstruksi yang berfungsi sebagai penyokong bangunan diatasnya, untuk itu guna menjaga kualitas agar pekerjaan sub-struktur terkendali dengan baik sesuai standar spesifikasi maka dilakukan evaluasi pengendalian mutu. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi pengendalian mutu pada area pekerjaan sub-struktur bangunan Mall proyek Bintaro Jaya Exchange Tahap II yang melingkupi pekerjaan pembesian dan pengecoran pada pile cap, tie beam, dan plat lantai basemen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan perbandingan evaluasi kinerja eksisting dengan kinerja actual seperti perhitungan seperti perbedaan nilai mutu rencana dan actual beton, perbedaan volume pengecoran mutu beton rencana dan actual yang, kualitas pekerjaan pembesian dengan menggunakan form checklist yang ditemukan banyak defect pekerjaan penulangan, dan keterkaitan dengan SOP Metode Pelaksanaan yang tidak sesuai dan ditemukan banyak kendala di lapangan yang diakibatkan oleh pekerja, material, metode, perlatan, dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian material (tes kuat tekan silinder beton, uji slump, tes kuat Tarik baja tulangan, tes kuat tekuk baja tulangan), hasil inspeksi dengan form checklist, hasil observasi, dan wawancara responden diperoleh hasil analisis pareto berupa tingkat presentase penyebab masalah dominan yang terjadi pada proyek Mall Bintaro Jaya Exchange Tahap II yaitu untuk pengaruh material sebesar 30%, pengaruh metode sebesar 25%, pengaruh lingkungkan sebesar 20%, pengaruh pekerja sebesar 15% dan pengaruh peralatan sebesar 10%.

Sub-structural work is a work done at the basic elevation of the construction that serves as a supporter of the building on it, for that to maintain the quality to work well controlled sub-structures according to standard specifications then the evaluation of quality control. In this research, evaluation of quality control on the work area of sub-structure of the building project of Bintaro Jaya Exchange phase II projects covering the work of the construction and casting on the pile cap, tie beam, and the basement floor plate. Based on the research results obtained a comparison of existing performance evaluation with actual performance such as calculations such as the difference in the quality value of the plan and actual concrete, the volume difference of concrete quality casting plan and actual, quality of the work by using the form checklist found many defect repatriation , materials, methods, equipment, and environment. Based on the results of the material testing (strong test concrete cylinder press, slump test, strong test tensile steel reinforcement, strong tests bend steel reinforcement), the inspection results with the form checklist, observation results, and interviews respondents obtained the results of the analysis of Pareto in the form of percentage level of the dominant problem that occurred in the project Bintaro Jaya Exchange phase , the influence of the environment by 20%, worker's influence by 15% and equipment influence by 10%.
