PENILAIAN KESESUAIAN LABEL PADA KEMASAN PRODUK KERIPIK JAMUR TIRAM BUTARI BERDASARKAN UU RI NO 18 TAHUN 2012 DAN PP RI NO 69 TAHUN 1999

KWT Sumber Rejeki merupakan salah satu UKM binaan Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. KWT ini memproduksi keripik jamur tiram dengan merk Butari. Label pada kemasan seringkali tidak menjadi perhatian utama oleh sebagian besar UKM, hal ini juga terjadi pada KWT Sumber Rejeki. Oleh karena itu laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian label kemasan keripik jamur tiram Butari berdasarkan ada atau tidaknya atribut informasi yang dicantumkan. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut akan diperoleh atribut informasi yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan sehingga mampu melakukan perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan dengan mengevaluasi setiap atribut informasi pada label kemasan Butari menggunakan pasal yang terdapat pada UU RI No 18 Tahun 2012 dan PP RI No 69 Tahun 1999. Berdasarkan identifikasi didapatkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian 77,78% dengan UU RI No. 18 Tahun 2012 dan 66,67% sesuai dengan PP RI No. 69 Tahun 1999. Identifikasi label yang dinilai mencakup atribut yang disebutkan pada UU RI No. 18 Tahun 2012 dan PP RI No. 68 Tahun 1999. Dampak dari tidak adanya atribut yang tidak dicantumkan pada label yaitu konsumen tidak mendapatkan informasi yang detail mengenai produk tersebut yang menyebabkan minat konsumen berkurang. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi diketahui bahwa KWT Sumber Rejeki perlu mencantumkan informasi tanggal dan kode produksi, asal usul bahan pangan, daftar bahan yang digunakan secara berurutan, serta perbaikan dalam penempatan tinta cap yang sesuai dan jenis kertas sticker yang digunakan.

KWT Sumber Rejeki is one of the UKM supported by the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This KWT produces oyster mushroom chips under the brand name Butari. Labels on packaging are often not the main concern of most SMEs, this also happens to Sumber Rejeki KWT Sumber Rejeki. This report aims to determine the suitability of the Butari oyster mushroom chip label packaging based on the presence or absence of the information attributes listed. Based on the assessment, information attributes that are not in accordance with the regulations will be obtained so that it can make improvements. The method used by evaluating each attribute of information on the Butari packaging label uses the articles contained in UU RI No. 18 of 2012 and PP RI No. 69 of 1999. Based on the identification, it was found that the level of conformity was 77.78% with UU RI No 18 of 2012 and 66.67% in accordance with PP RI No. 69 of 1999. Identification of labels considered to include attributes mentioned in UU RI No 18 of 2012 and PP RI No 69 of 1999. so information needs to be added to meet applicable regulations. The impact of the absence of attributes that are not listed on the label that consumers do not get detailed information about the product that causes reduced consumer interest. Based on the identification results it is known that KWT Sumber Rejeki is necessary needed for inclution of date production code, inclution of the origin of foodstuffs, the list of materials used sequentially, as well as improvements in the placement of the appropriation ink stamp and the type of sticker paper used.
