Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) Dengan Metode HOT Fit Di UPTD Puskesmas Wonogiri 1

Latar Belakang : UPTD Puskesmas Wonogiri 1 mempunyai kemampuan pelaksanaan dan penerapan SIMPUS yang berjalan baik, namun dalam penggunaannya terdapat masalah-masalah yang menghambat penggunaan SIMPUS baik dari sisi teknologi itu sendiri maupun dari sisi pengguna seperti terjadi keterlambatan informasi, data di SIMPUS hilang, loading yang lama. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui pelaksanaan SIMPUS dengan metode HOT Fit. Tujuan : Mengetahui pelaksanaan SIMPUS ditinjau dari aspek manusia, organisasi dan teknologi. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sembilan pengguna SIMPUS dengan Kepala Puskesmas dan Koordinator SIMPUS sebagai triangulasi. Objek penelitian adalah aplikasi SIMPUS. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini dari aspek manusia yaitu pengguna SIMPUS adalah petugas di masing-masing unit. SIMPUS digunakan setiap hari pada jam kerja,. Pengguna sudah pernah diberikan pelatihan penggunaan SIMPUS. Masih terdapat pengguna yang belum puas dengan SIMPUS yang sedang berjalan saat ini. Dari aspek organisasi SIMPUS mendapat dukungan baik dari kepala puskesmas maupun lingkungan organisasi. Dari aspek teknologi belum memenuhi poin relevan dan waktu tanggap. Kesimpulan : Dari aspek manusia pengguna belum merasa puas dengan SIMPUS yang sedang berjalan saat ini. Dari aspek organisasi SIMPUS mendapat dukungan baik dari kepala puskesmas maupun lingkungan organisasi. Dari aspek teknologi belum memenuhi kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi.

Background : UPTD Puskesmas Wonogiri 1 have a ability to implemented and applicated SIMPUS that runs well, but in the practice there are problems which impedes implementation of SIMPUS in term of tchnology itself and the user such as information delays, lost data, and long loading. Therefore the researcher wants to know the implementation of SIMPUS with HOT Fit method Objective : To evaluate SIMPUS in term of Human Organization and Technology aspect Methods : Type of this research is a descriptive with qualitative approach. data collection by interview, observation and documentation study The subjects of this study were nine SIMPUS users with the head of the Puskesmas and the SIMPUS coordinator as triangulation. The object of research is the SIMPUS application Result : Result of this research from human aspect namely SIMPUS users are officers in each service unit. SIMPUS id used every day during service hours. The user has been given training using SIMPUS. There are still users who are not satistied with SIMPUS. From organization aspect, SIMPUS has the support from both the Head of the Puskesmas and the organization environment. From technology aspect have not reached system quality and information quality. Conclusion: From human aspect, There are still users who are not satistied with SIMPUS. From organization aspect, SIMPUS has the support from both the Head of the Puskesmas and the organization environment. From technology aspect have not reached the relevant point and response time point.
