PENENTUAN LOKASI GANGGUAN HUBUNG SINGKAT PADA RAWALO 1 (RWO 01)

Proses penyaluran listrik kepada konsumen tidak akan selalu berjalan dengan baik, dan dapat terjadi gangguan sewaktu-waktu. Gangguan ini dapat menyebabkan hambatan dan padamnya listrik, sehingga pemulihan pelayanan perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah meluasnya daerah yang padam dan memperburuk nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI. Salah satu tahapan dalam pemulihan pelayanan ini adalah menentukan lokasi gangguan yang terjadi, yang dapat dilakukan dengan menghitung besarnya arus gangguan pada jaringan penyulang RWO 01. Dengan mengetahui besar arus gangguan yang terjadi setiap 1 km, serta lokasi tiang setiap 1 km, lokasi gangguan dapat ditemukan setelah dikalkulasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016. Dari kalkulasi ini ditemukan bahwa pada gangguan tanggal 29 Januari 2020, besar arus gangguan adalah 2916 A dan terletak di antara tiang RWO01.048 - RWO01.065, sementara pada gangguan tanggal 7 Februari 2020 ditemukan besar arus gangguan sebesar 1332 A, dan terletak di antara tiang RWO01.065 - RWO01.183.

During the process of distributing electricity to consumers, some problems might arise, causing interference to the process, which needs to be repaired as soon as possible to resume the distribution process. The sooner the repair is done, the lesser the spread of the electrical shutdown and makes the SAIDI & SAIFI score worse. Reparation can be done by locating the source of the interference, which can be done by calculating the amount of interference current on RWO 01 feeder's system. The RWO 01 feeder's system has a length of 18.35 km, and the interference current and the location of poles every 1 km has been known. By calculating the value of the interference current using Microsoft Excel 2016, it is possible to determine the location of the interference. From these calculations, it is determined that during the interference on January 29th, 2020, the value of interference current was 2916 A and was located between poles RWO01.048 - RWO01.065, while during the interference on February 7th, 2020, the interference current was 1332 A and was located between poles RWO01.065 - RWO01.183.
