Beton adalah material konstruksi yang terbuat dari campuran bahan pengikat (air dan semen), pasir, kerikil, dengan bahan tambahan maupun tidak sesuai dengan mix design. Semakin berkembangnya zaman perusahaan penyedia material mulai menyediakan beton siap pakai yang diproduksi pada batching plant proyek JIS dengan kapasitas produksi ±60m3/jam/1 unit batching plant. Tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode produksi beton ready-mix pada batching plant serta mengetahui pengaruh penambahan abu batu pada beton dan mengetahui jumlah armada truck mixer yang digunakan, selain itu untuk mengetahui metode pengecoran yang digunakan di site, dan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pada proses produksi hingga perawatan beton. Metode produksi yang digunakan yaitu dengan memasukkan material pada mixer batching plant yang sedang berputar dengan 3 tahap pencampuran dan kecepatan perputaran mixer 300rpm. Metode pengecoran pada proyek JIS yaitu menggunakan alat tower crane, concrete bucket, dan pipa tremie. Kesimpulan dari pengaruh penambahan abu batu pada beton dapat meminimalisir penggunaan pasir dan meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan pada beton. Jumlah truck mixer pada 1 unit batching plant adalah 7 armada. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada beton ready-mix adalah material pencampur beton tidak lulus proses inspeksi dan nilai slump tidak sesuai mix design, tetapi permasalahan tersebut sudah dapat ditangani dan beton yang dicorkan sudah sesuai dengan mix design.

Concrete is a construction material made from a mixture of binders (water and cement), sand, gravel, with additional material or not in accordance with mix design. The growing time of material provider company began to provide ready-made concrete produced on the batching plant JIS project with a production capacity of ± 60m3/jam/1 unit batching plant. The purpose of writing this report is to know the method of production of ready-mix concrete in batching plant and know the influence of the addition of stone ash in concrete and know the number of fleet of truck mixers used, in addition to know the method of casting used on site, and to know the problems in the production process to concrete maintenance. The production method used is by inserting material on the spinning batching plant with 3 mixing stages and 300rpm mixer rotation speed. The method of casting on JIS project is using tower crane, concrete bucket, and tremie pipe.. The conclusion of the added influence of stone ash in concrete can minimize the use of sand and increase the strong value of press on concrete. The number of truck mixers in 1 unit Batching Plant is 7 fleet. The problem that often occurs in ready-mix concrete is the concrete mixing material does not pass the inspection process and the slump value is not suitable mix design, but the problem is already handled and the concrete that is smudged according to mix design.
