Analisis Lean Operating Pada Bagian Produsi Usaha Kecil Obat Tradisional X Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar NVA dan NNVA serta mencari solusi dari pemborosan tersebut. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi yang menghasilkan current stream mapping serta kuisioner kepada bagian operator produksi yang menghasilkan data pembobotan waste. Data tersebut selanjutnya dilakukan analisa seven waste dan fishbone diagram sehingga memperoleh future stream mapping yang diolah sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa besar efisiensi dapat di tingkatkan. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner service performance (servperf) dengan teknik pengambilan data dari seluruh populasi pada bagian produksi sebanyak 4 orang responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKOT X Yogyakarta pada bulan September 2019. Jenis kegiatan waste waiting, defect, over process dan motion merupakan kegiatan NVA, sedangkan inventory dan transport merupakan kegiatan NNVA. Total waktu 1 siklus produksi sebesar 1551 menit dimana terdapat kegiatan NVA dan NNVA didalamnya. Kegiatan NNVA pada UKOT X terpantau selama 488 menit (31,46%). Kegiatan NVA dilakukan selama 188 menit (27,5%). Salah satu solusi untuk menekan waste adalah menggunakan analisis seven waste dengan menghilangkan kegiatan NVA sebanyak 188 menit (27.5%) menjadi 0 menit. Kegiatan NNVA selama 488 menit ditekan sebesar 86 menit (5,54%) menjadi 402 menit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah total waktu produksi 1551 menit dapat ditekan sebesar 33,07% menjadi 1038 menit menggunakan analisis waste dengan cara menekan NNVA dan menghilangkan NVA.

This research is quantitative descriptive with interview and observation methods that produced current stream mapping and questionnaires to operators that produced waste value data then Analyzed by seven waste and fishbone diagrams so that the future stream mapping is processed so that it can be seen how much efficiency can be improved. Quantitative data were obtained by distributing service performance questionnaires (servperf) with data collection techniques from the entire population in the production section of 4 respondents. This research was conducted at UKOT X Yogyakarta in September 2019. The types of waste waiting, defect, over process and motion activities were NVA activities, while inventory and transport activities were NNVA activities. The total time of 1 production cycle is 1551 minutes where there are NVA and NNVA activities therein. NNVA activities on UKOT X were monitored for 488 minutes (31.46%). NVA activities carried out for 188 minutes (27.5%). The solution to reduce waste is to use seven waste analysis by removing NVA activities by 188 minutes (27.5%) to 0 minutes. NNVA activity for 488 minutes was pressed by 86 minutes (5.54%) to 402 minutes. The conclusion of this study is that the total production time of 1551 minutes can be reduced by 33.07% to 1038 minutes using waste analysis by suppressing NNVA and eliminating NVA.
