TINJAUAN YURIDIS PERJANJIAN KERJA SAMA ANTARA PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN SLEMAN DENGAN UNIVERSITAS ISLAM INDONESIA MENGENAI PENYELENGGARAAN PRAKTIK KERJA PROFESI PSIKOLOGI (PKPP)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman terhadap mahasiswa peserta Praktik Kerja Profesi Psikologi (PKPP) dalam hal tidak dilakukannya pembimbingan oleh psikolog pembimbing dan tanggung jawab psikolog pembimbing dalam hal terjadinya kerugian akibat tindakan yang dilakukan mahasiswa peserta PKPP terhadap klien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat normatif empiris yang menggabungkan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan sehingga diperoleh data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya, data-data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, terdapat dua kesimpulan yaitu: pertama, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap UII dan mahasiswa dalam hal tidak dibimbingnya mahasiswa peserta PKPP oleh psikolog pembimbing. Kedua, pihak yang bertanggung jawab apabila terjadi efek samping yang merugikan terhadap klien selama proses psikologi dicantumkan dalam informed consent.

This research aims to analyze the liability of the Public Health Office of Sleman towards students in case of supervision is not performed by the supervisor psychologist and the liability of a supervisor psychologist for the losses suffered by client caused by treatment given by student. This research is a normative empirical research that combines library research and field research to gather both primary and secondary data. These data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research showed that: First, the Public Health Office of Sleman is not responsible for Universitas Islam Indonesia and the student regarding the supervision that is not performed by the supervisor psychologist during PKPP. Secondly, the party responsible regarding the adverse effects suffered by client that occur throughout a sychological process is specified in the informed consent.
