Analisis Pelaksanaan Elemen Penilaian MIRM 10 dan MIRM 11 pada Standar Nasional Akreditasi Rumah Sakit di RS Harapan Kota Magelang

Latar Belakang : RS Harapan Kota Magelang merupakan rumah sakit bertipe C yang pada tahun 2019 melakukan akreditasi KARS dan tahun 2020 ini tengah mempersiapkan penilaian akreditasi SNARS 2018 edisi 1. Penilitian difokuskan pada pelaksanaan elemen penilaian MIRM 10 dan MIRM 11 dikarenakan ruang penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di RS Harapan Kota Magelang belum sepenuhnya menjamin kerahasiaan dan keamanan berkas rekam medis, serta belum sepenuhnya melindungi berkas dari kehilangan serta kerusakan. Tujuan : Menganalisis pemenuhan elemen penilaian standar MIRM 10 dan MIRM 11 dalam persiapan akreditasi SNARS 2018 edisi 1.1 di unit rekam medis RS Harapan. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan perancangan penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang petugas rekam medis dan 1 kepala rekam medis. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah SPO, instruksi kerja, dan ruang penyimpanan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Penelitian dilakukan di RS Harapan Kota Magelang pada bulan Februari hingga April 2020. Hasil : Pemenuhan EP 1 MIRM 10 terpenuhi lengkap. Pemenuhan EP 2 MIRM 10 tidak terpenuhi. Pemenuhan EP 3 MIRM 10 terpenuhi sebagian. Pemenuhan EP 1 MIRM 11 terpenuhi lengkap. Pemenuhan EP 2 MIRM 11 tidak terpenuhi. Pemenuhan EP 3 MIRM 11 terpenuhi lengkap. Pemenuhan EP 4 MIRM 11 tidak terpenuhi Kesimpulan : Pemenuhan elemen penilaian standar MIRM 10 dan MIRM 11 di unit rekam medis RS Harapan belum terpenuhi. Masih perlu dilakukannya revisi terhadap regulasi yang saat ini masih berlaku, serta ruang penyimpanan berkas rekam medis perlu lebih menjamin kerahasiaan dan keamanan berkas serta melindungi berkas rekam medis dari kehilangan dan kerusakan. Background : Harapan Hospital in Magelang City is a type C hospital which in 2019 did KARS accreditation and in 2020 is preparing for the 2018 edition of SNARS accreditation 1. The research is focused on the implementation of the MIRM 10 and MIRM 11 assessment elements due to the medical record file storage in RS Harapan Kota Magelang has not fully guaranteed the confidentiality and security of medical record files, and has not fully protected files from loss and damage. Objective : To analyze the fulfillment of the standard assessment elements of MIRM 10 and MIRM 11 in preparation for the 2018 edition of SNARS accreditation in the Harapan Hospital medical record unit. Method : This type of research is a qualitative descriptive and case study research design. Research subjects were 2 medical records officers and 1 chief medical record officer. The objects in this study are SPO, work instructions, and storage space. Data collection techniques with interviews, study documentation, and observation. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The study was conducted at the Harapan Hospital in Magelang City in February - April 2020. Results : EP 1 MIRM fulfillment is complete. The fulfillment of EP 2 MIRM 10 was not fulfilled. Partial EP 3 MIRM fulfillment is met. The fulfillment of EP 1 MIRM 11 is fulfilled completely. The fulfillment of EP 2 MIRM 11 was not fulfilled. Fulfillment of EP 3 MIRM 11 is fulfilled completely. The fulfillment of EP 4 MIRM 11 was not fulfilled Conclusion : The fulfillment of the standard assessment elements of MIRM 10 and MIRM 11 in the Harapan Hospital medical record unit has not been fulfilled. There is still a need to revise regulations that currently apply, and storage space for medical record files needs to further ensure the confidentiality and security of files and protect medical record files from loss and damage.
