Nilai-nilai etis dalam kitab Kuntara Raja Niti

Objek material penelitian ini adalah kitab Kuntara Raja Niti, dan objek formalnya adalah nilai-nilai etis (aksiologi). Gtab Kuntara Raja Niti berisi aturan atau hukum etnis masyarakat Lampung dan disebut hukum tiga persoalan. Kuntara adalah peraturan bagi masyarakat Majapahit, Raja Niti bagi masyai akat Pajajaran, dan Jugul Muda bagi masyarakat Balau Lampung. Ketiga peraturan atau hukum tersebut mengandung nilainilai etis sebagai ajaran moral bagi masyarakat yang merrleluk agarna Islam. Sebagai peninggalan sejarah masa lalu !cicab Kuntara Raja Niti yang dimiliki oleh Bapak Hasan Basri (gelar Raja Imba kesuma Ratu) diperkirakan berlaku sejak abad ke 15- 18. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan latar belakang historis kitab Kuntara Raja Niti, memberikan landasan filosofis, dan nilai-nilai etis. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini 2.dalah penelitian kepustakaan, dan ditambah dengan wawancara dengan berbagai pihak yang representatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode historis factual, komparasi, dan hermeneutika. 1. Latar belakang historis kitab Kmtara Raja Niti menunjukkan kekaburan sejarah oleh karena kurangnya data atau fakta, 2. Landasan filosofis yang terkandung dalam kitab Kuntara kaja Niti menunjukkan nilai-nilai .etis memiliki makna ontolugis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis dan bermanfaat bagi kehidupan masyarakat; 3. Nilai-nilai etis yang terkandung dalam kitab Kuntara Raja Niti menunjuk kepada nilai, noma, dan fahta.

The material object of this research is Kuntara Raja Niti and the formal object formal is ethic values (axiology). The boak of Kuntara Raja Niti is the norms and laws in Lampung society, arid the called the issues three the law. Kuntara is the norms of Majapahit society, Raja Niti is the norms in the Pajajaran society, and the Jugul Muda is the norms in the Balau Lampung society. The 3rd norm cf law is ethics, values as moral norms in the moslim society. The book of Kuntara Raja Niti is the kind of historical values at around the 15-18 century, which is have Mr. Hasan Basri (Raja Imba Kesuma Ratu). The goals of this research are to investigated the historical background of the book Kuntara Raja Niti, the takes of philosophical foundations at the ethic values, and what kinds of ethic values. This research is study of the literature refer, and based on interviewing those representatives. The primarily elements methodology is factual historical, comparison, and hermenutics. 1. In the historical background of the book Kuntara Raja Niti shows are ambiguities history because of the fact and data can’t valids. The assums that Kuntara Raja Niti is using at 15- 18 century; 2. In the philosophical foundations of the book Kuntara Raja Niti show of ethics values has a mean of ontology, epistemol3,g)., and 3. In the ethic values at the Kuntara Raja Niti shows values, nxms, The result of this research shows: axiology; and social fact.
