Peningkatan Produktivitas Pekerjaan Kolom Slipform dengan Metoe Last Planner pada Proyek Jakarta International Stadium (JIS)

Sektor konstruksi mulai melakukan produktivitas untuk mengurangi waste dan meningkatkan hasil dengan mengadopsi teori produksi pada industri manufaktur kepada industri konstruksi yang disebut Lean Construction. Salah satu produktivitas adalah Last Planner. Metode Last Planner ini belum banyak digunakan dalam tahap perencanaan dalam sektor konstruksi di Indonesia. Dalam memanajemen proyek, metode Last Planner memiliki indikator kinerja untuk mengukur progress aliran pekerjaan seperti Master Plan, Lookahead Planning, Constrains Analysis, Weekly Work Plan and Percent Plan Complete,dan menentukan jadwal proyek. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi Last Planner System dibandingkan dengan metode actual biasa sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan produktivitas. Awal dari implementasi Last Planner ini adalah pembuatan kolom slipform zona 3A. Percent Plan Complete kolom slipform yang sudah jadi dengan waktu yang sama adalah 39,5%, sedangkan dengan menggunakan Last Planner System Percent Plan Complete bertambah menjadi 41%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa peningkatan produktivitas pekerjaan kolom slipform mengurangi resiko terjadinya keterlambatan proyek.

The construction sector began to do productivity to reduce waste time and increase product by adopting the production theory in manufacturing industry to the construction industry called Lean Construction. One of the productivity is Last Planner. This Last Planner method has not been widely used in the construction planning in Indonesia. Manage the project, Last Planner method has performance indicator to measure the progress of work flow such as the Master Plan, Lookhead Planning, Construction Analysis, Weekly Work Plan and Percent Plan Complete, and determine the project schedule. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Last Planner method to compare with the usual actual method so the differences in productivity can be known. The beginning of this Last Planner implementation was the creation of 3A Zone slipform columns. Percent Plan Complete the completed slipform column at the same time is 39.5%, while using the Last Planner method the Percent Plan Complete increase to 41%. This method proves that incresing the productivity of slipform column work reduces the risk of project delays.
