Metode Pelaksanaan Bekisting Slipform pada Kolom Utama Proyek Jakarta International Stadium

Dalam pembangunan struktur bangunan tinggi maka diperlukan metode-metode bekisting yang tepat untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam pengerjaan. Salah satunya dengan penerapan metode bekisting slipform. Tujuan penulis dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis metode pelaksanaan bekisting slipform dilapangan, evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan bekisting slipform dan penilaian hasil mutu dari pelaksanaan bekisting slipform. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengamati metode pelaksanaan bekisting slipform, evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan bekisting slipform dan peniaian hasil mutu dari pelaksanaan bekisting slipform. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode pelaksanaan bekisting slipform terdapat tahap-tahap pekerjaan, yaitu : pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan bekisting, pekerjaan tulangan, pekerjaan pengecoran, pekerjaan stek balok, pekerjaan curring dan finishing. Evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan bekisting slipform diperoleh beberapa ketidaksesuaian, yaitu : pemasangan coupler yang belum sempurna sehingga mengakibatkan sambungan tulangan longitudinal miring, air semen yang keluar tidak segera dibersihkan sehingga menyebabkan permukaan beton menjadi kasar, pemasangan flexible panel tidak rata sehingga menyebabkan permukaan beton menjadi bergelombang, namun berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian tersebut dapat dilakukan penanganan sesuai persyaratan yang berlaku. Pada penilaian hasil mutu dari pelaksanaan bekisting slipform meliputi berbagai penilaian, yaitu : verticality/ketegakan, kerataan permukaan, bebas retak/rusak/air semen keluar, tidak boleh tampak agregat kasar, tidak menggelembung, bebas tempelan bekisting/kayu/paku/busa, pemadatan homogen/sempurna, penilaian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan pengukuran dilapangan dan secara visual sesuai persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan.

In the construction of high rise structures proper formwork methods are needed to simplify and speed up workmanship. One of them is by applying the slipform formwork method. The purpose of the author in this final project is to analyze the method of implementing slipform formwork in the field, evaluation of the implementation of slipform formwork and assessment of the quality result of the implementation of slipform formwork. The method used in this final project research is observing the implementation of slipform formwork, evaluation of the implementationof slipform formwork and assessment of the quality result of the implementation of slipform formwork. The result of this study are the methods of implementing slipform formwork there are stages of work, namely : preparatory work, formwork work, reinforcement work, casting work, beam cuttings, curring and finishing work. Evaluation of the implementation of slipform formwork obtained some mismatches, namely : installation of a coupler that is not yet perfect resulting in a tilted longitudinal reinforcement connection, cement water that comes out is not immediately cleaned causing the concrete surface to become rough, flexible panel installation is not flat causing the concrete suface to be bumpy, but based on the discrepancy can be handled according to applicable requirements. In the assessment of the quality results of the implementation of slipform formwork include a variety of assessment, namely : verticality/straightness, surface flatness, free cracking/damage/cement water out, should not appear coarse aggregate, not bubbling, free formwork/wood/nails/foam, compaction homogeneous/perfect, the assessment can be carried out by measurements in the field and visually according to established requirements.
