ANALISIS POTENSI DAN KETIMPANGAN EKONOMI DI PROVINSI GORONTALO

Provinsi Gorontalo sebagai provinsi sebagai provinsi pemekaran ke-32, memliki PDRB terkecil di Pulau Sulawesi dan ketimpangannya termasuk tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi potensi daerah menggunakan Location Quotient serta Shift Share dan tingkat ketimpangan menggunakan Indeks Williamson pada data panel kabupaten dan kota Provinsi Gorontalo dalam kurun waktu 2010-2019. Hasil analisis LQ dan SS menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan LQ, jumlah sektor basis seluruh Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Gorontalo ada 41 sektor. Jumlah sektor non-basis seluruh Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Gorontalo ada 61 sektor. Hasil perhitungan SS sektor potensial terdapat 55 sektor dan sektor non-potensial terdapat 47 sektor. IW menunjukkan bahwa di Provinsi Gorontalo terdapat tingkat ketimpangan pembangunan antar wilayah yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 0.56 dan mengalami penurunan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan Indeks Williamson sebesar 0.56 pada tahun 2010, naik menjadi sebesar 0,57 pada tahun 2011, 2012, 2013, dan 2014. Kemudian turun menjadi 0,56 pada tahun 2015 dan 2016. Pada tahun 2018-2019, penurunana IW ini menjadi sebesar 0,55.

Gorontalo Province as the 32nd division province in Indonesia has the smallest GRDP in Sulawesi and the highest economic inequality in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze potential using Location Quotient and Shift Share and the level of regional inequality using the Williamson Index and using Gorontalo Province district and city data panel in 2010-2019. The LQ and SS analysis results showed that there are 41 the leading sectors and 61 non leading sectors. The SS analysis results showed that there are 60 the potential sectors and 55 non potential sectors. From the analysis of the level of inequality using the Williamson Index, the results show that from 2010 to 2019, the level of disparity in development among regions was high in Gorontalo Province. These were indicated by the Williamson Index of 0,56 in 2010, became 0.57 in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, became 0,56 in 2015 and 2016, in 2018 and 2019 the IW bacame 0,55.
