Analisis Produktivitas Beton Pada Batching Plant Karawang Proyek Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway (HSR) PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk

Proyek Jakarta BandungHigh Speed Railway (HSR) merupakan proyek yang melibatkan konsorsium China dengan 4 BUMN Indonesia salah satunya PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA). Pekerjaan struktur pada proyek ini terdiri dari 13% timbunan, 16% galian, 12% tunnel dan 59% berupa konstruksi jembatan. Sub pekerjaan paling besar adalah pembetonan. PT WIKA menugaskan PT WIKA Beton untuk memenuhi supply ready mix dalam proyek ini. Untuk itu didirikan 4 Batching Plant salah satunya Batching Plant Karawang. Tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk menganalisis prosedur produksi, kapasitas produksi harian, produktivitas alat berat, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses produksi pada Batching Plant Karawang PT Wika Beton proyek Jakarta-BandungHigh Speed Railway (HSR). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode interview, metode diskriptif dan metode analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui proses produksi sudah sesuai SOP modifikasi man machine chart. Dengan minimal jam kerja efektif 7 jam/hari didapatkan kapasitas produksi bulan Maret 2020 hasil analisis sebesar 795.97 m³/hari. Kapasitas produksi beton harian aktual sebesar 364.44 m³/hari atau 43.52%. Produktivitas alat berat Wheel Loader untuk memuat agregat halus 165.26 m³ /jam, split 20-30mm sebesar 198 m³ /jam, split 10-20mm sebesar 227.45 m³ /jam dan screen 5-10mm sebesar 232.43 m³ /jam. Cycle Time Truck Mixer selama 208.52 menit. Jumlah armada Truck Mixer sebanyak 46 TM mampu memenuhi kebutuhan distribusi harian namun tidak efisien. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses produksi dan distribusi pada BP Karawang yaitu jumlah permintaan pesanan beton pada proyek, kondisi cuaca dan kesiapan lokasi pengecoran, ketersediaan Truck Mixer dan Traffic Management BP Karawang.

Jakarta Bandung High Speed Railway (HSR) is a project which involved a Chinese consortium with 4 Indonesian BUMN, one of them is PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA). Structure objects in this project consist of 13% embankment, 16% excavation, 12% tunnel and 59% bridge construction. The biggest sub-working is concreting. PT WIKA commissioned PT WIKA Beton to fill supply of ready mix concrete in this project. So that, 4 Batching Plants were built which one called Karawang Batching Plant. The purpose of writing this thesis to analyze production procedures, daily concrete production capacity, machine productivity, and many factor that affect production process in the Karawang Batching Plant PT Wika Beton for JakartaBandung High Speed Railway (HSR) project. The method used here is observation, interview, descriptive and analytical methods. Based on the results of the analysis known that the production process is suitable with man machine chart modification procedure. With a minimum effective working hour is 7 hours, concrete production capacity by analysis results that show 795.97m³/day. The actual daily concrete production capacity on March 2020 is 364.44 m³/day or 43.52%. Wheel Loader productivity for load fine aggregate is 165.26 m³/hour, split 20-30mm is 198 m³ / hour, split 10-20mm is 227.45 m³ / hour and 5-10mm screen is 232.43 m³ / hour. Cycle Time Truck Mixer is 208.52 minutes. Total of 46 Truck Mixers at Karawang Batching Plant are able to fulfill daily distribution needs but unefficient. Many factor that affect the production and distribution process is the number of concrete order requests from the site, weather conditions and readiness casting location, Truck Mixer availability and Traffic Management in Karawang Batching Plant
