Analisis Penerapan "Sisfomas" Menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) di Puskesmas Seyegan Sleman

Latar Belakang : Puskesmas Seyegan melakukan perubahan sistem pengelolaan rekam medis manual ke elektronik atau paperless mulai 5 Desember 2019. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Puskesmas Seyegan menggunakan sistem informasi puskesmas Sisfomas yang dikembangkan oleh pihak ketiga. Sebagian besar pengguna Sisfomas di Puskesmas Seyegan merupakan pengguna baru dan belum mendapatkan pelatihan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Sisfomas ditinjau dari aspek penerimaan dan penggunaan berdasarkan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) oleh petugas di Puskesmas Seyegan Kabupaten Sleman Metode : jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode Total Sampling. Sebjek penelitian adalah 48 petugas kesehatan pengguna Sisfomas di Puskesmas Seyegan. Hasil : Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil yaitu tingkat penerimaan dan penggunaan pengguna Sisfomas secara keseluruhan dikategorikan tinggi dengan perincian variabel ekspektasi kinerja 78.15%, espektasi usaha 79.70%, pengaruh sosial 81.55%, dan kondisi fasilitasi 75.75% Kesimpulan : Tingkat penerimaan dan penggunaan Sisfomas di Puskesmas Seyegan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, namun perlu adanya perbaikan beberapa menu atau item sehingga sistem bisa berjalan maksimal sesuai kebutuhannya.

Background: Seyegan Community Health Center changed its manual to electronic or paperless medical records management system from 5 December 2019. In the electronic-based service process, Seyegan Health Center used the Sisfomas Community Health Center information system developed by third parties. Most Sisfomas users at the Seyegan Health Center are new users and have not received training. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the application of Sisfomas in terms of the aspects of acceptance and use based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance method and the Usel of Technology Tech (UTAUT) by officers at the Puskesmas Seyegan Kabupaten Sleman Regency Methods: this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Sampling with the Total Sampling method. A research subject was 48 health workers using Sisfomas in Seyegan Puskesmas. Results: Based on the research, the results showed that the level of acceptance and use of Sisfomas users as a whole is categorized high with the breakdown of performance expectation variables 78.15%, business expectations 79.70%, social influence 81.55%, and facilitation conditions 75.75% Conclusion: The level of acceptance and use of Sisfomas in the Seyegan Health Center is included in the high category, but there is a need to improve some menus or items so that the system can run optimally according to its needs.
