Evaluasi Unit Manohara Borobudur Terhadap Paket Wisata Manohara Borobudur Sunrise

Perkembangan industri pariwisata di Indonesia selalu bertumbuh dan mengalami peningkatan, dalam peningkatan ini tidak lepas dari paket-paket wisata yang merupakan produk wisata yang membantu industri ini berjalan baik. Evaluasi paket wisata yang tertata dan baik merupakan salah satu cara untuk dapat mempertahankan kualitas paket wisata yang mampu bersaing dipasar industry pariwisata. Penelitian ini membahas 1) cara evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Unit Manohara Borobudur dalam mengevaluasi paket Manohara Borobudur Sunrise 2) mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi Unit Manohara Borobudur dalam evaluasi paket Manohara Borobudur Sunrise dan 3) mengetahui solusi yang dirancang Unit Manohara Borobudur dalam menghadapi kendala dalam proses evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Unit Manohara Borobudur melakukan evaluasi dengan menggunakan keusioner (guest comment) dan evaluasi tidak rutin berdasarkan kasus, dan menghadapi empat kendala, sekaligus Unit Manohara Borobudur merancang empat solusi untuk menghadapi empat kendala tersebut.

The development of tourism industry in Indonesia is always growing and increasing, in this improvement is not separated from travel packages which is a tourist product that helps this industry to run well. The evaluation of the tour package which is organised and good is one way to maintain the quality of tourism packages that can compete in the market tourism industry. This study discusses 1) how the evaluation by Unit Manohara Borobudur in evaluating the package Manohara Borobudur Sunrise 2) know the obstacles faced by the Unit Manohara Borobudur in the evaluation of the package Manohara Borobudur Sunrise and 3) know the solution designed Manohara Borobudur Unit in the face of obstacles in the evaluation process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method of approach. The result of this study is Unit Manohara Borobudur evaluate using the questionnaire (guest comment) and not routine evaluation by case, and faced with four constraints, while the Unit Manohara Borobudur designed four solutions to deal with these four obstacles.
