Limestone Weight Feeder merupakan sebuah alat untuk mentransportasikan Limestone dari Limestone Silo menuju Ball Mill dengan menggunakan konveyor yang di gerakkan oleh motor listrik yang diatur oleh Variable Frequency Drive. Variable Frequency Drive tersebut nantinya akan mengatur kecepatan putar motor dengan mengatur frekuensi yang masuk ke motor listrik. Dalam pengoperasian Variable Frequency Drive diperlukan pengaturan parameter pada Variable Frequency Drive. Parameter yang di atur pada Variable Frequency Drive meliputi spesifikasi motor yang akan dikendalikan, input output digital maupun analog dengan menyesuaikan pada kondisi operasi. Sehingga dibutuhkan ketepatan untuk mengatur parameter pada Variable Frequency Drive. Dengan pengaturan yang tepat, diharapkan penggunaan Variable Frequency Drive dapat berdampak optimal dan mampu menekan biaya penggantian alat karena kerusakan alat.

Limestone Weight Feeder is a tool for transporting Limestone from Limestone Silo to Ball Mill using conveyors that are moved by an electric motor which is regulated by Variable Frequency Drive. The Variable Frequency Drive will then adjust the motor rotational speed by adjusting the frequency that enters the electric motor. In the operation of the Variable Frequency Drive parameter settings are required on the Variable Frequency Drive. Parameters set on Variable Frequency Drive include specifications of the motor to be controlled, digital and analog input output by adjusting to operating conditions. So that accuracy is needed to set parameters in Variable Frequency Drive. With the right settings, it is expected that the use of Variable Frequency Drives can have an optimal impact and be able to reduce the cost of tool replacement due to equipment damage.
