Motor listrik merupakan bagian dari mesin-mesin listrik yang biasa digunakan untuk penunjang kebutuhan produksi terutama di bidang industri. Motor listrik atau mesin-mesin listrik digunakan karena semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan konsumen baik energi listrik maupun produksi lainnya. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan konsumen tidak menutup kemungkinan motor listrik digunakan dalam durasi waktu yang lama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dengan tepat waktu. Durasi penggunaan motor yang digunakan dalam kurun waktu lama dapat menyebabkan kerusakan motor listrik.maka dari itu mesin listrik perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan untuk mengetahui kondisi atau mendeteksi kerusakan yang kemungkinan terjadi saat motor digunakan dalam kurun waktu yang lama. Untuk melakukan pemeliharaan bisa dilakukan oleh ahli lapangan pada peusahaan industry tersebut dan perbaikan kerusakan yang terjadi dapat dilakuakan perbaikan oleh peusahaan PT. Mesindo Tekninesia merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa perbaikan motor listrik dan mesin- mesin listrik lainnya.Pada penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahhui nilai uji motor listrik pasca dilakukan rewinding stator. Uji elektrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance, dan Hipot Test. Ketika pengujian diatas dilakukan untuk mengetehaui kelayakan stator setelah dilakukan rewinding dan kelayakan motor beroperasi setah dilakukan perakit ulang sebelum di kirim ke customer.

Electric motors are part of electric machines commonly used to support production needs in the industrial field. Electric motors or electric machines that are used increasingly increase consumer needs. By freeing the needs of consumers, there is no need to remove the motor for use in a long time to meet the needs in a timely manner. The duration of the use of a motor that is used in a long period of time can cause damage to the electric motor. So from that the electric engine needs to be done maintenance to find out the problem or damage protection that is done when the motor is used for a long period of time. To carry out maintenance can be done by experts in the company's industry and repairs made can be done repairs by companies PT. Mesindo Tekninesia is a company that provides repair services for electric motors and other electric machines.In the end the project was carried out to find out the value of the electric motor test after rewinding the stator. Electrical tests are carried out using the Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance and Hipot Test methods. When the test is carried out to know the feasibility of the stator after rewinding and the feasibility of the motor which is done after reassembling before sending to the customer.
