Perhitungan Kebutuhan Perekam Medis Berdasarkan Metode WISN dan ABK Kes di UPTD Puskesmas Weru Kabupaten Sukoharjo

Latar Belakang: Unit kerja rekam medis di UPTD Puskesmas Weru terdiri dari pendaftaran rawat jalan, pengolahan rekam medis, serta pengadministrasian RI/IGD. Dalam pelaksanaannya sehari-hari puskesmas tersebut memiliki 5 petugas rekam medis, 1 petugas berlatar belakang pendidikan rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan dan 4 petugas belum berlatar belakang pendidikan formal rekam medis. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan beberapa kegiatan di bidang rekam medis belum berjalan secara optimal, seperti assembling, coding, dan filling. Tujuan: Mengetahui kebutuhan perekam medis berdasarkan metode WISN dan ABK Kes di UPTD Puskesmas Weru Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil: Hasil dari studi dokumentasi yaitu uraian kerja, kualifikasi petugas, waktu kerja tersedia dan kuantitas kunjungan. Observasi untuk menentukan kegiatan pokok dan rata-rata waktunya. Wawancara untuk menanyakan terkait tugas penunjang dan pelaporan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kebutuhan perekam medis menggunakan metode WISN dan ABK Kes, diperoleh hasil yang sama yaitu 6 orang dengan rincian 1 orang di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan, 3 orang di bagian pengolahan rekam medis, dan 2 orang di bagian pengadministrasian RI/IGD. Kesimpulan: Dibutuhkan 6 perekam medis di UPTD Puskesmas Weru, sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan 1 petugas dan on the job training pada 4 petugas yang belum berlatar belakang pendidikan formal rekam medis. Background: The medical record work unit at UPTD Puskesmas Weru consists of outpatient registration, medical record processing, and administration of RI/IGD. In its daily implementation the puskesmas has 5 medical record officer, 1 officer with a medical record education background and health information and 4 officer who have no formal medical record education background. This resulted in several activities in the field of medical record not running optimally, such as assembling, coding, filing. Objective: To calculate the need for a medical recorder based on WISN and ABK Kes method in the UPTD Puskesmas Weru, Sukoharjo Regency. Methods: This type of quantitative descriptive research with crosssectional study design. Data collection techniques used were the study of documentation, observation, and interviews. Results: Results of documentation study are job description, officer qualifications, available work time and quantity of visits. Observation to determine the main activities and the average time. Interview to ask questions related to supporting and reporting tasks. Based on the calculation of the needs of medical recordrs using the WISN and ABK Kes methods, the same results were obtained namely 6 people with details of 1 person in the outpatient registration section, 3 people in the medical record processing section, and 2 people in RI/IGD administration section. Conclusion: Six medical recorders are needed at UPTD Puskesmas Weru, so it is necesssary to add 1 officer and training for 4 officer who have not had a formal medical record education background.
